Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, September 1, tease that it’ll be a bittersweet day for Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith). Days fans know Sonny and Will have been saying their goodbyes around town, so their gearing up for a tough exit.
Although Will and Sonny are excited about their fresh start in Phoenix, it’s still hard to leave the life they’ve built together in Salem behind.
On Tuesday’s DOOL episode, Will and Sonny will take a walk down memory lane. They’ll take one last spin around the square as they think back on significant moments in their love story. There’ll be some heartfelt “WilSon” flashbacks as Sonny and Will make their official departure.
Fortunately, a new fall comeback promo teases the return of Will and Sonny, so they should make more appearances on Days down the road. In the meantime, let’s talk about Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) recent return.
Brady just showed up at the hospital, where he joined Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) by John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) bedside.
Although Marlena’s struggling to cope right now, having Brady to lean on should help. Brady trusts Marlena, so he may choose to fill her in on where he’s actually been – and that’s with his family.
It was risky joining Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Rachel DiMera Black on the run, but Brady just couldn’t take the separation anymore.
However, Brady couldn’t stay away from ailing John either, so he’ll assure Marlena that he intends to stick around. Brady won’t want to bail on his dad or other loved ones as long as John’s in crisis mode.
Across town, Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) will introduce a shocking witness at the custody hearing. Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will be stunned when Sami calls Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) to testify.
Since Nicole once recruited Jan to kill Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), Jan could do serious damage to Nicole’s case. That’s exactly what Sami’s counting on, so look for her to come out swinging again in Tuesday’s episode.
Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will do whatever he can to downplay Sami’s argument, but that won’t be easy!
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will go to war. Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) will force Philip and Xander to battle for the Titan CEO seat – and things will turn physical eventually.
Xander will head butt Philip, and it looks like they’ll be ready for a fistfight, too.
That may be when Victor finally comes back with his big decision. Days spoilers say Victor will make Philip and Xander co-CEOs of Titan, so they’ll have to deal with that for now. Of course, DOOL viewers can expect some schemes to push each other out of the company soon!
