General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, August 5, reveal that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will do some plotting while Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) pushes Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to take action.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) will also hold Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) responsible during a showdown, so there’ll be a lot happening in Port Charles.
First, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will head to court since his trial is about to begin.
Although Curtis isn’t sure he can trust Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to help him with his testimony, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) feels like Drew is being sincere.
Drew claims he wants to make amends with Curtis, so he’s willing to testify that Willow was at home the night of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) crash and that Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) misunderstood his blinks.
Since Brook Lynn was the driver who actually left the scene and then framed Willow later, Tracy will have concerns about all that blowing up.
It looks like that’s why Tracy will suggest that with or without the baby, Brook Lynn needs to get out of town – at least for a while.
Next, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will talk to Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) about hitting the jackpot as they put their heads together on Wednesday’s episode.
After Lucy urges Serena to put on her most seductive swimsuit, she’ll apparently send her to seduce Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) as part of their grand plan.
Over with Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell), she’ll worry about whether Chief Brennan would help Willow by targeting Michael.
Jacinda will ask Michael for his thoughts on that before ultimately taking matters into her own hands.
It appears Jacinda may use pills as part of a scandalous Willow setup, but Willow will be busy conspiring with Brennan for now.
Brennan will suggest it’s time to take this to the next level, so he’ll have a strategy session with Willow.
Meanwhile, Sonny will push Ava for information, so this may be related to Ethan Lovett’s (Christian Howard) abrupt departure from PC.
Ava may hide the fact that Ethan called her to ensure her silence regarding the baby, but she can honestly say she doesn’t know where Ethan is.
Ava will blame Sonny for something on Wednesday’s show, so we’ll see if this relates to Ethan, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) or another tense topic.
Whatever the case, Ava will have a lightbulb moment soon enough that could lead to her forming a new alliance.
