Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, December 2, tease that Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) will try to wiggle out of a tight spot. DOOL fans know Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) warned Charlie about his Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) suspicions. Since Xander is the co-CEO Charlie’s closest to, Charlie is siding with Xander in this Titan battle.
That’s suddenly a problem since Charlie wasn’t careful enough! Charlie must’ve thought he had enough time to snoop on Philip’s laptop undetected, but he didn’t anticipate that the coffee shop downstairs would be closed for remodeling. Now Philip is back and eager to find out what Charlie’s doing on his computer.
Of course, Charlie might think fast and come up with some excuse to explain what he’s up to. Charlie may lie about looking for a file or something along those lines.
However, Philip is a smart guy and may suspect that Charlie’s actually trying to help Xander. In that case, Philip might force Charlie to play both sides if he wants to keep his job at Titan.
Days spoilers say Charlie will get stuck in the war between Xander and Philip, so that could mean we’ll see a bit of a double agent situation. Then again, maybe Charlie can offer satisfactory answers and appease Philip for now.
Either way, Charlie’s blunder could raise red flags and leave Philip determined to keep a closer eye on the problematic intern.
In the meantime, Days spoilers say Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will deliver a shocking suggestion. Sarah admitted she has an idea that Xander isn’t going to like.
On Wednesday, Sarah will argue that a breakup is necessary – but only a fake one! Sarah will think it’s best to stage a split so she can grow closer to Philip while they work on the charity event.
It’ll take some convincing, but Sarah will eventually get Xander on board with her plan. Once Philip returns home, Sarah and Xander will pretend to have a shouting match that ends in a split.
After Xander storms out, Sarah will let Philip comfort her over the faux end of her relationship. Philip will hold Sarah in his arms as she keeps the charade going, so it sounds like the plan will pay off.
Over with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), he’ll talk to Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) about Allie Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) persistent accusations. Allie firmly believes Tripp is guilty of holding her down and forcing himself on her in London. Although Allie wanted to pursue justice, some terrible news is headed her way.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say the London authorities will refuse to prosecute Tripp, so Allie’s fury will erupt. In fact, Allie will be mad enough to grab a gun and confront Tripp with it on Thursday, so Wednesday’s cliffhanger may set that up.
As for Steve, he’ll have another fierce faceoff with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans). The rift between Kayla and Steve will widen, which will certainly work to Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) advantage. Ava’s hoping to win Steve for herself, which is wishful thinking – or completely delusional if we’re being honest!
Nevertheless, Ava has bigger issues at the moment since Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has just summoned her to Statesville. Kristen will offer a warning about Xander sniffing around – and it looks like Ava will take precautions as a result.
Ava might make sure the security footage is deleted just in case Xander decides to dig a little deeper.
Over with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), she’ll catch up with Kayla briefly before stopping by to see Charlie at the office. That’s where Charlie will spot the necklace Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), which was a family heirloom Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) inherited.
When Charlie asks about the locket, Claire will confess that it came from Ben and belonged to Ciara before her death. That’ll set up some tense moments since Charlie won’t approve of Claire spending private time with Ben in his hotel room.
Charlie is obviously jealous of how close Claire seems to Ben, so this could lead to more trouble down the road. As other DOOL updates emerge, we’ll keep you posted.
