Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of June 29-July 3 tease that some big surprises are in store. For starters, Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will learn her fate. After some tense moments following Gabi’s trial, she’ll manage to get off the hook – much to Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) dismay.
DOOL fans can expect a fierce faceoff for Chad and Gabi soon after. Chad may warn that Gabi’s going to pay for what she did to Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) one way or another. Of course, Gabi will maintain that she’s truly innocent – and we believe her since Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) admitted it.
Dr. Rolf’s secret accomplice still hasn’t been revealed, so that shocker’s still to come. In the meantime, Gabi and Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) will anxiously await the DNA test result together. Once they come back, both of them will be floored.
Jake would only be stunned by these results if they showed he was a match for Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), so it seems that’s what they’ll say. As for Gabi, she’ll probably just be overwhelmed that her suspicions have been proven right.
Days spoilers say Gabi will kiss Jake passionately by the nurses’ station, so she may just get caught up in the moment. Gabi had better hope Gwen (Emily O’Brien) doesn’t catch her! Gwen’s already jealous and things are only going to get worse from here.
Next, Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) will happily connect with Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) as they plan the “Cin” nuptials, but the fun will eventually come to a screeching halt. Ciara’s damaged wedding dress will put “Claire Bear” on the hot seat, but will Claire really be responsible?
It seems likely someone else is behind the sabotage, but Ciara and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will naturally point the finger at Claire. Poor Claire will once again have to defend herself and her desire to make amends.
We should also talk about Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) upcoming wedding ceremony. Days of Our Lives spoilers say a shocker’s headed Eli’s way.
That’ll undoubtedly involve Valerie Wlliams’ (Vanessa Williams) new romance with Eli’s former FBI mentor, Billy (Billy Davis Jr.). Although Valerie’s updates will catch Eli off guard, he should be happy for his mom.
Back with Gabi, she’ll make a big splash when she saunters in Julie’s Place. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will pipe up and let Gabi know she’s not welcome.
Nevertheless, Gabi will have a spiel to make. Since Eli and Lani saved Gabi’s life at Jimmy’s (Chuma Gault) hideout, Gabi may think the least she can do is offer some well wishes.
Days spoilers say Lani and Eli will indeed tie the knot, but this wedding will come with even more chaos. At some point during the festivities, we’ll see Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) show up with a gun! Lani’s mom, Tamara Price (Marilyn McCoo), will also faint and leave everyone frantic to get her medical attention.
Eli and Lani’s nuptials will be packed full of drama, but they’ll settle down once the bash is over and they’re enjoying their first night as husband and wife. Days spoilers say “Elani” will get an evening of passion and bliss, so that’s great news for fans of this steamy couple.
Speaking of steamy couples, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will have a reunion that’s both hot and heartfelt. When Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) finds Brady, he’ll be over the moon.
In fact, Brady just won’t be able to handle this separation any longer. It looks like Brady will decide to leave Salem so he can be with Kristen and Rachel Black, but they’ll be back down the road.
Over with Jake again, he’ll have an unsettling encounter with Vivian in the police station’s interrogation room. Vivian will likely be arrested following the gun drama at Julie’s Place, so that’ll give Jake a chance to corner her.
Since Jake will have his Stefan DNA results by then, this should be Jake’s chance to “meet” his mom. Jake doesn’t remember his life as Stefan – and there’s always a chance he could be an identical twin. That’s why it’ll be important for Jake to talk to Vivian and see what she says about all this.
For what it’s worth, Vivian will seem awfully taken aback to see her son in the flesh. Since Jake probably won’t be too accepting of his identity as Stefan, Gabi will pay Vivian a visit and seek her help. Perhaps Gabi will think they should work together to make Jake want to get his memories back.
Meanwhile, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will ask Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) if he’d like to adopt her baby. That means Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will have to fill in Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) and Will Horton (Chandler Massey).
Will and Sonny will learn Allie’s already selected Rafe as a potential father for her child, but we’ll see if plans ultimately change.
