Someone witnessed a kidnapping. There were outside when they witnessed a man dragging a young woman into a car and unfortunately that young woman was sixteen years old Chloe Ford. She was the daughter of billionaire Nathaniel Ford. He has made plenty of enemies in the business world and he never thought one of them would come after him, but someone did grab his daughter outside their home and so he did everything possible to get her home. He contacted the Assistant Director of the FBI who was a friend. He asked for the best agents to work the case and he received them. He also told the FBI everything he could.

Ford was close to his daughter. She would have told him if there was a problem at school and there wasn’t one. Chloe didn’t have enemies. She didn’t see anyone following her and so there was no one that had a reason to kidnap her. It couldn’t have been personal. It had to be about the money and Ford might have been the one to put a target on his daughter’s back. He recently threw a two million dollar Sweet Sixteen for Chloe. The media covered it and all anyone could talk about was how much was spent on this teenager.

It didn’t matter to them that Chloe hadn’t liked it. She didn’t want to be seen a spoiled brat and so again her kidnapper couldn’t have known her. If he did, he never would have grabbed her. The FBI used security footage to track the vehicle the teenager was thrown in and it led them back to carjacking. It turns out their kidnapper had stolen the car mere hours before he used it with Chloe. The kidnapper also told the woman he was stealing the car from that he was doing “this” for his daughter.

She didn’t know what the “this” was. The FBI hadn’t cared what it was because they were set on finding FBI and so they tracked the car back to good ole Mike. Mike took Chloe and he brought her to a deserted mansion. The FBI later raided the place. They didn’t find either of them. They did, however, find a panic room and it couldn’t be breached. Their best of getting in there is if Mike let them in. Something he wasn’t going to do until he got what he wanted. Mike used a speaker from the panic room to make demands.

Mike wanted the FBI to find his daughter. He said that if they could find a rich kid that they could find his own kid and so he told them that he wasn’t going to let Chloe go until he got his daughter back. His daughter’s name is Stephanie. She lost her mom and she had been living with Mike for the past six months. She was also registered at school and hadn’t been attending. Stephanie was a teenager and so no one took Mike seriously. The authorities thought Stephanie merely ran away because it’s not like she grew up with Mike.

Mike wasn’t on her birth certificate. He didn’t play a role in her life until she was almost an adult and so the FBI did their due diligence. They investigated Stephanie’s disappearance. Stephanie thought her father was some drug dealer and she only learned the truth when her mom was dying. The mom didn’t want to leave Stephanie alone. She contacted Mike and she told him he was Stephanie’s father. Mike then took responsibility and he had Stephanie move in with him after her mom died.

The two didn’t always get along. Mike thought she was doing drugs and so he grounded Stephanie. Stephanie then turned towards the landlord for help. Stephanie asked for money to go see a cousin in Florida and this adult gave it to her. Stephanie then booked her ticket. She was all set to see her cousin and surprisingly she never made it. Her cousin received a text from Stephanie that said Stephanie had made up with her dad and so the cousin didn’t think anything was wrong. And sadly there was an issue.

Stephanie was kidnapped. There was security footage from a bus that was passing nearby and it showed a mystery man grabbing Stephanie. She had been taken and so her father had been right. Mike had tried to tell the police. He even looked for Stephanie for himself and he got nowhere because he was the only one looking. No one cared if some poor teenager went missing. Mike had been right about that and he threatened to kill Chloe if his daughter wasn’t found. The FBI was moving as fast as they could.

They were looking for Stephanie now. They were also monitoring the situation in the panic room and they watched as Chloe broke free of her restraints. Chloe tried to take on Mike herself and she failed. Mike almost killed her in retaliation. He didn’t go through with it, though. Mike still wanted his daughter back and he had given the FBI a timeframe. They had to find his daughter within that timeframe or Chloe was going to die. And so the FBI ran through scenarios in which they forced their way into the panic room.

They ran several tests. They all showed that he would get some shots off and so no one wanted to risk Chloe. Their best bet was finding Stephanie. They traced the car that Stephanie was forced into and they found out it was used by some junkie known as Sergio. Maggie and OA waited for Sergio to show up at his usual spot to feed the pigeons and then they caught him. They tried asking him about Stephanie and he responded, “Which one is she?”. Sergio, it seems had taken a bunch of girls from the bus stop.

He’s taken so many that he couldn’t remember a single one. Sergio says he kidnaps these girls and later hands them over to someone named Hugo. Hugo would get them hooked on drugs. He waited until they couldn’t fend for themselves and then he pimped them out. Hugo can only be contacted by pigeons. The pigeons would fly to Hugo’s place and they would carry a message from Sergio that says he got another girl for him. The FBI used the same pigeons to find Hugo’s location and once they got there – they freed all the girls.

They also found Stephanie. Stephanie was in bad shape and so she needed to be rushed to the hospital. She was put into a coma once she got there and that meant there was no way she could talk to her father, but he’s demanding to talk her or else he won’t believe the feds found her and he was getting worked up over it. Mike said they had ten minutes or he was going to kill Chloe and so the FBI chose to breach the building.

They broke into the panic room and they shot Mike. Chloe was unharmed and later Stephanie came out of her coma, but Mike was in such bad shape that he coded on his way to the hospital and there’s no telling if he survived long enough to talk to his daughter.

THE END!
