General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) exposure will affect many different characters around Port Charles. The shock of Nik’s survival will be a lot for his family members to wrap their heads around. However, they certainly won’t be the only ones caught in this chaos.
We can’t forget about Nik driving Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) out of town with his deception. Nikolas made Hayden believe she was in danger and insisted she might put Violet Barnes (Jophielle Love) in danger as well. As a result, Hayden went into hiding and has cut off all contact.
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) can’t figure any of this out, but the news of Nikolas’ comeback should lead to clarity. General Hospital spoilers say Finn will be riveted during the week of January 6-10. He may hear the story of Nikolas returning from the dead and decide he’s got more questions for Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher).
Regardless, Finn’s bound to hear about this as the Nikolas shocker spreads. It won’t be long until Finn indeed sets up a meeting with Jax, so this could lead to the whole truth getting spilled – including how Nik drove Hayden out of Port Charles. Finn’s bound to be furious since the danger wasn’t even real.
Violet has already been asking for Hayden and will continue to miss her mommy. Finn cares about Hayden as well, so he can’t just stand by and do nothing. As a caring dad to Violet, Finn will surely want to start a search. He may get Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to investigate and hope Violet can be reunited with her mom soon.
Hayden would want to monitor the situation herself, too. She’s probably got access to the Internet wherever she is, so she could look online and see that Nikolas has been exposed.
Once the codicil chaos is resolved one way or another, why would Hayden really need to stay away? Wouldn’t she at least call Jax on a burner phone and get some updates?
After all, this is Hayden’s daughter we’re talking about. She adores Violet and wants to get back to her ASAP. If Hayden’s still MIA after all the Nik drama blows up, it could mean something happened to her in hiding.
GH seemingly doesn’t have plans to bring Hayden back to PC just yet, so Finn’s hunt could spark a deeper mystery – perhaps one that leaves him fearful about Hayden’s safety. Finn could worry that fake danger led Hayden to the real thing!
