General Hospital spoilers reveal that January 21 marks a special day for Garren Stitt (ex-Oscar Nero Quartermaine). It’s his 17th birthday! Stitt’s undoubtedly going to receive plenty of messages from his loved ones as well as his fans. It’s always fun to celebrate getting another year older and wiser.
Of course, Oscar’s life was tragically cut short by a brain tumor, but his memory lives on. In fact, Oscar’s still quite relevant in Port Charles due to those ELQ shares!
Oscar originally left the shares to Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin), but he later changed his mind. He wanted the help the Kilimanjaro foundation instead, which the Quartermaines took care of for him.
However, that still leaves the shares tied up in probate court – and now Nelle Benson Archer’s (Chloe Lanier) at the center of the drama. Nelle’s eager to cash in on her marriage to Shiloh and finally stick it to the Quartermaine clan.
Naturally, Nelle also wants to make the Corinthos clan suffer. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is tied to both families, so there are a lot of ways for this GH story to branch off.
General Hospital spoilers say Oscar remains on Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) mind, too. She admitted to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) that she still loves Oscar, which is certainly understandable. Oscar may be gone, but he’ll never be forgotten for Joss. He’ll always be her first love and the one she never had enough time with.
Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) pushed Josslyn away despite previous signs of attraction to her. That could end up being a good thing since Joss doesn’t seem entirely ready to move on.
It’s been a slow process of healing for Josslyn, and she’ll continue to take things one step at a time. Love will surely bloom for Josslyn again eventually – whether it’s with Dev or Cameron Webber (William Lipton)!
Whatever happens for Josslyn, it’s nice that Oscar still has a special place in her heart. It’s also great to see this Oscar share conflict heating up!
