General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is a problem that’s not going away – especially not for Julian Jerome (William deVry). Nelle knows Julian was in the loop on the baby switch plot, so that’s already a strike against him.
Of course, Nelle also knows that Julian tampered with the brakes on Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) car, which nearly resulted in Lucas Jones’ (Ryan Carnes) death.
What happens now that Julian’s been forced into this marriage? Everyone can see that Nelle has dirt on Julian. There’s no other logical explanation for why Julian would marry Nelle, so Sonny’s already suspicious. Lucas and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) hate Julian’s guts.
This marriage to Nelle isn’t helping Julian all that much other than maybe keeping him alive!
Nelle feels like Sonny would kill Julian if he knew his secrets, particularly the one about keeping Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) son from him. That’s why Julian’s willing to put up with Nelle, but for how long? Can Nelle’s threats really keep Julian from plotting her murder instead?
Nelle insisted there’s a letter at her lawyer’s office that’ll send the cops to Julian if anything happens to her. What’s to stop Julian from bribing Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) to make that letter disappear?
Even if that letter did make it to the PCPD, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) might make sure it got “lost.” Chase hates Nelle with a passion and probably wouldn’t care about justice for her.
In other words, there are ways around Nelle’s threats. Julian really needs to start thinking about all his options here, so that may be what he does as time goes on. It’s not like Julian’s going to stay married to Nelle forever.
They undoubtedly vowed until death do them part, so maybe Julian will think Nelle’s death should come as soon as possible. If Julian would plot Brad’s murder, he’d certainly plot Nelle’s.
General Hospital spoilers say Nelle won’t be happy at the end of this custody hearing. In fact, Nelle will be quite confrontational. She may lash out at both Julian and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) if she doesn’t get the exact outcome she wants.
Regardless, Nelle won’t be letting Julian out of this marriage anytime soon. Once the custody drama’s over and reality sets in, Julian may realize he simply can’t live with his new wife. Will Julian form a deadly plan to make himself a widower?
As long as Julian can take care of that letter and hide his trail, trying to kill Nelle would be in his best interest. It’s doubtful Julian would ever succeed, but that won’t stop him from attempting it if he’s pushed to his breaking point!
