General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, March 9, tease that Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will keep heading into dangerous territory. GH fans know Alexis got a big surprise when she arrived at the opera. She was seated next to Neil, who offered to leave since they’re facing such a tricky situation.
However, Alexis insisted Neil should stay, so they watched an opera that was all about forbidden love! On Monday, Neil and Alexis’ night together will continue. They just so happen to be checked in the same hotel and intend to grab some coffee, so they’re really pushing their luck here.
Alexis and Neil will bond as they talk about where things stand. They want to date, but they have to wait two years or else Neil will lose his medical license. Alexis will blame herself for this mess, but Neil won’t think she’s responsible. They couldn’t have known they’d fall for each other back when she was his patient, and Neil should’ve checked the rules more closely before they tested romantic waters.
General Hospital spoilers say Alexis won’t be able to resist temptation on Monday. Since they’re at the same hotel, does that mean they’ll surrender and sleep together? There’s certainly a possibility that sparks will fly!
Meanwhile, GH viewers will see more progress for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). They may never get back to the bond they had as fake mother and daughter, but the tension is slowly lifting on Nina’s end. She’ll tell Sasha that they’re on the brink of something really exciting, so this partnership between Crimson and Face of Deception is helping to move things along.
Next, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will remain upset over Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) “guilt.” She was in disbelief at first, but her shock and doubts quickly turned to despair. In Monday’s new episode, March 9, Maxie’s anger will finally come through. She’ll rant to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) about not seeing what was right in front of her.
Of course, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) actually framed Obrecht for his crimes – and that’s exactly what Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will tell Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on Monday. They’ll agree this has setup written all over it, so Spinelli may try to prove this was all a plan cooked up by Peter.
Other General Hospital spoilers, news and updates say Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will look to someone for help. Could that be her mom, Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel)? It’d be nice to see Harmony’s reaction to all the sorrow Willow’s dealing with.
No matter who Willow turns to, this obviously involves her continued fight to protect Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). Harmony might be pretty useful since she was once Nelle Benson Archer’s (Chloe Lanier) cellmate at Pentonville, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
Speaking of Nelle, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will be riled up about her on Monday. During a conversation with Diane Miller (Carolyn Henessy), Michael will yell about Nelle being as cold and calculated as they come. He’ll want to do everything he can to keep Wiley out of Nelle’s clutches.
Diane will eventually suggest that if Michael and Sasha got married, it would boost his chances of securing custody. She’ll get that it’s a huge step for this couple, but she’ll want to give Michael every opportunity to lock in a win.
General Hospital spoilers say Michael will drop that bomb on Sasha within the next few episodes, so stay tuned for more drama. As other updates become available, CDL will have all the latest GH news for you. Don’t miss our hot General Hospital spoilers and scoops.
