General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some shockers are ahead in Port Charles. During the week of November 16-20, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will desperately need Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) help.
Brando will put a lot on the line to help Sasha following her collapse in Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) apartment.
As for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), she’ll remove that half-heart pendant and decide what she learned about her biological daughter is all she’ll ever know. However, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) knows more and has that other pendant half as proof!
Carly realized Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is the daughter Nina’s seeking, but she’ll certainly hope Nina never finds out.
While Carly pushes Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) to keep this Nelle daughter bombshell a secret, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will open up to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Britt will learn about a theory of Jason’s – one that could put Britt in grave danger if she’s not careful.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) won’t tell Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) about the fake affair following that unfortunate encounter at the Quartermaine mansion, but Sasha’s medical crisis could be a game-changer.
It looks like the truth may come out anyway since Michael will be stunned over some news he gets later. Willow’s anger will erupt, so she may not appreciate all the lies Chase has told. Chase’s intentions were good, but he still deceived Willow and turned her world upside down in the process.
Over with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan), she’ll catch up with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and get some words of caution. Laura will feel like Lulu should take her time, so she may not want Lulu to make any firm decisions about her romantic future.
Lulu would be wise to mull over her options since she still loves Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) but has fallen for Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson), too.
Unfortunately, Lulu won’t have a chance to pursue a new chapter with either man since her exit is on the horizon. In the meantime, Julian Jerome (Willam deVry) will find himself in another tight spot. He’ll use a new tactic as he works to keep himself alive and out of trouble.
Julian’s plan may work for now, but more danger is brewing. That goes for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), too. Alexis will get in Cyrus’ face and rile him up, so it sounds like she’ll be a loudmouth drunk again. Julian will get an earful from Alexis later, but he’ll only be trying to protect her.
During the week of November 23-27, the action will explode – and that may be quite literally! The Floating Rib is set to blow up soon, so keep that in mind as we think about these next GH spoilers.
Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will be wounded that week, though it’s possible it’s an unrelated emotional incident. Still, it’s very possible that Cam will be injured in the blast that’s coming up.
Of course, we mentioned Lulu’s looming exit. Will Lulu die in the explosion? As of right now, it sure looks that way. General Hospital spoilers say Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) will deliver some terrible news, so he may be the one who has to break the news that Lulu’s dead to poor Laura.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will be nervous as she awaits updates – and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will feel like she’s being left out of the loop.
Since Cyrus will presumably be behind this explosion, the truce will obviously be over. That could put both Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) at risk.
Brando will also get some help from Carly, which is fitting since he saved her life as part of his GH debut. Maybe Carly will return the favor or at least tend to injured Brando in the aftermath. Whatever the case, the drama will heat up in a big way, so GH fans won’t want to miss the next two weeks!
