General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will feel like she has to dish out some tough love or else Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is never going to make a change.
Sam already tried to talk some sense into her mom, but Alexis only lashed out in response. Her drinking is out of control, so Sam will decide to take drastic action during the week of November 2-6.
As painful as it’ll be for Sam to do something so drastic, she’ll feel like she has no other choice. General Hospital spoilers say Sam will confront Alexis again and push her to make a choice. Alexis will be given a stern ultimatum since Sam’s concerned about her mom’s well-being.
Of course, Sam should be concerned about how Alexis’ continued drinking will affect her family as well. It’s one thing if Alexis wants to drink herself into oblivion, but Sam can’t have that kind of behavior around her children.
There’s a good chance Sam’s kids are indeed going to play a role in this ultimatum she hands down.
Sam may contend that if Alexis can’t get her act together and sober up, then there’ll be no more visits with Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri) or Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo).
Alexis may wonder if Sam would really ban her from her own grandkids, but Sam certainly would. What if Alexis were to sneak drinks and try to drive the children somewhere while she’s drunk?
Alexis might argue that she’d never put Danny and Scout in danger, but Sam probably won’t know what Alexis would or wouldn’t do anymore.
When Alexis is inebriated, she’s not herself and is capable of anything. Alexis might put Danny and Scout at risk without even realizing what she was doing.
Naturally, Sam will also hope this ultimatum might encourage Alexis to get help for herself. GH spoilers say Sam will want her strong mother back, but Alexis may feel like that woman is gone.
No matter what the details of the ultimatum are, Sam will draw a firm line and hope she can get through to Alexis this time.
