General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) could blow any progress she makes with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). GH fans know Michael appreciates the sacrifice Sasha made for him, but he wishes she’d found another path to achieving it.
Michael has softened toward Sasha since learning the truth, but that’s at least partly due to her drug addiction and near-death experience.
In some ways, it’s a little unfair for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to be getting berated and assaulted at the boxing gym. Chase tried to come clean multiple times, but Sasha kept pushing him to keep quiet.
Now Chase is the one paying the price while Michael’s cutting Sasha some slack, so Chase is being judged differently.
However, Sasha might find herself facing Michael’s wrath if she falls prey to temptation. We can’t help but notice that Sasha and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) have been sharing a lot of scenes lately.
It seems like Brando and Sasha could be turning into something, so it’s just a matter of how far they’ll take it and when.
Sasha and Brando clashed when Sasha was seeking revenge on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) – mostly because Brando was trying to keep her alive! The conflict was about Brando wanting to protect Sasha.
Things took an interesting turn as Sasha laughed about hot cocoa with Brando recently and kissed him on the cheek under the mistletoe.
General Hospital writers could be playing the groundwork for a new Brando and Sasha pairing, but what about Sasha’s feelings for Michael? Those feelings aren’t going to matter much if Sasha surrenders to Brando’s temptation eventually. A passionate moment could easily alter Sasha’s future in a big way.
Sasha may not be in a strong relationship with Michael any longer, but she’s holding out hope that they can be together. The news of Sasha and Chase’s fake affair threw Michael for a loop, but at least he knows what went into the sacrifice now. Sasha’s cheating back then was all for show.
What happens if Sasha actually cheats the next time around? Sasha has spent so much time acting like a cheater that she might truly become one. Michael could potentially witness a full-blown lip lock between Sasha and Brando at some point.
Even if it’s something Brando initiates, the sight alone might convince Michael that Sasha isn’t the one for him.
