General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, December 10 Recap – Olivia & Alexis Butt Heads – Finn & Anna Stuck With Double Wedding

General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, December 10 Recap - Olivia & Alexis Butt Heads - Finn & Anna Stuck With Double Wedding

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, December 10, reveal that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) talked at the Q mansion.

Olivia mentioned that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) was out of town, and once Olivia left the room, Tracy wondered if Ned was avoiding Olivia.

It wasn’t long before Monica spilled the beans to Tracy about Ned’s affair with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Tracy doubted that Alexis would keep her mouth shut, especially since she’s drinking again, and so Tracy decided that she should go talk with Alexis and head off any trouble.

At the WSB complex in Geneva, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) arrived to see Dr. Warren Kirk (Jamison Jones), but the receptionist turned them away saying that Franco wasn’t on the schedule.

During the kerfuffle over the appointment, Franco heard Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) voice in his head saying, “I’m telling you, I want this to happen now.”

At GH, Peter and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) finished up a prenatal appointment, and Maxie was all excited about the prospect of a double wedding. Peter cautioned Maxie that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) hadn’t said yes yet.

Elsewhere in the hospital, Anna tried to tell Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) about Maxie’s idea for a double wedding, but Finn got distracted and Anna didn’t tell him.

In a stairwell at GH, Dante Falconeri (Dominick Zamprogna) got a call from Dr. Kirk wanting a progress report.

Dante reported that he couldn’t find anything incriminating on Peter, so Dr. Kirk clicked his pen into the receiver, and Dante said he’d complete the mission. Anna materialized and said that she’d like to take Dante for coffee.

Near the nurses’ station, Maxie and Peter saw Finn, and Maxie wondered if Anna talked with Finn about the wedding. Finn could barely get a word in edgewise as Maxie went on as if Anna were really into the idea of a double wedding.

Finn ultimately said that if it’s what Anna wants, then ok. “This will be a celebration that Port Charles will never forget!” Maxie gushed.

Back in Geneva, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) got updates from Dr. Kirk in his office about Dante’s lack of progress. Obrecht encouraged Dr. Kirk to go to Port Charles to better control Dante so that they could expose Peter for the dangerous man that he is.

Meanwhile, out in the hallway, Scott and Franco approached Dr. Kirk’s office, but the receptionist intercepted them. Franco managed to persuade the receptionist to call Dr. Kirk and say that a man named Franco Baldwin was here from the United States.

Obrecht heard this and said that Dr. Kirk should see Franco. Obrecht went and hid somewhere, while Franco and Scott met with Dr. Kirk.

Dr. Kirk talked with Franco, and off-screen Franco explained about hearing a voice. “Do you recognize the voice you’re hearing?” Dr. Kirk asked. “He’s someone I know socially,” Franco said, without naming names.

Scott went out of the office, while Dr. Kirk theorized that there might be a connection between the memory reversal procedure that Franco underwent and the tumor.

Out in the hallway, the receptionist shooed Scott out of the building, but he returned to find Obrecht in the hallway. “You?” Franco shouted at Obrecht.

At Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) place, Alexis came to see Sam, but Sam wasn’t in the mood for a visit, since Alexis still hadn’t stopped drinking. Alexis wanted to apologize for her constant disparagement of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and to make amends.

Sam balked, thinking it was just an attempt to get her to accept Alexis’ drinking.

Suddenly, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) arrived, and Alexis took off upset. Elizabeth told Sam that she wanted to talk to Jason, and eventually Sam relayed that she and Jason broke up.

Elizabeth understood about Sam’s need to protect her kids, saying that they all just wanted peace for their families.

At the coffee shop, Anna and Dante talked for a bit, and then Anna broached the subject of Dante’s treatment in Geneva. Anna noted that there was a complete information blackout around his time there.

Dante wondered why Anna was interested, and she said it was because she cared about him and that she didn’t mean to pry. Anna touched Dante’s arm, but he shied away from her touch. Talk then turned to Anna’s wedding to Finn, and Dante asked when the big day was.

Later, Dante was in the coffee shop alone when Peter and Maxie arrived. Dante seemed a little off, which Peter noticed, but Maxie said that he got a pass because of Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) situation.

Meanwhile, over at the Metro Court, Alexis walked up to the bar and ordered a drink. Olivia walked up and tried to talk with Alexis about her drinking, which Alexis wasn’t in the mood for. Olivia said that she and Ned were worried about Alexis.

Alexis kept ordering drinks, and Olivia continued to try to reach out to Alexis unsuccessfully. Olivia then told the bartender to cut Alexis off, saying that if Alexis wanted to talk, she knew where Olivia was. Olivia walked off, and Alexis followed her, saying angrily that if she wanted to talk, they could talk.

Olivia said that Alexis was making a spectacle of herself getting drunk in the middle of the afternoon. Alexis fired back that Olivia should be worried about herself, just as Tracy walked in and witnessed the scene. “You worry about you and your marriage!” Alexis fumed. Tracy watched wide-eyed.

Back at the hospital, Anna and Finn regrouped, and Finn mentioned the double wedding with Maxie. Anna wondered how Finn found out about that, and he said that he had a weird conversation with Maxie, who said that Anna agreed to it.

Anna was horrified, since she hadn’t agreed to it. Both Finn and Anna thought that the double wedding was a horrible idea, but they realized that they were now stuck with it.
