General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 14, tease that Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will mull over the information he just learned from Mac Scorpio (John J. York). Mac suggested that the ship Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) was presumed dead on may not have gone down by accident. That’ll leave Robert unsettled and ready to get some answers on Thursday, but it could be hard without evidence.
During a conversation with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Robert will suggest they don’t have proof that Holly was murdered. However, Anna also suspects there was more to the story of Holly’s death. It looks like Anna and Robert will team up to uncover the truth, so this could bring some messy twists and turns.
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) isn’t to blame for Holly’s demise, but he had someone monitoring Holly and was cooking up a distraction for Robert at the time. Robert and Anna could draw the wrong conclusion eventually, so Peter could get tripped up by something he’s technically not responsible for!
Regardless, there’s a good chance Holly’s actually alive and well based on other GH hints, so Anna and Robert could face even more shockers down the road. In the meantime, let’s talk about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Valentin may have been stripped of the Cassadine fortune, but Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will be quite sure Valentin will find a way to make money.
While Laura guarantees that to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), Valentin will have a strategy session with Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight). They’ll talk about how Valentin’s ELQ takeover mission is going – and Valentin will admit he’s closer to making this happen than the Quartermaines realize!
Across town, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will do a little more prep work with her client. Diane wants to make certain Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) are absolutely ready for what’s ahead in court.
The news of Michael and Willow’s marriage will please Diane, but it looks like she’ll regret not having a wedding gift for them.
Willow will insist the only gift they need is that Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) safe from Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier). Diane will smile and like the look of these united newlyweds in front of her.
She’ll probably feel good about their chances, but she should not underestimate Martin. GH fans can expect Martin to prove he’s a worth opponent in the episodes to come.
At the PCPD, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will wonder why Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is there. Carly had a chat with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), who talked about her run-in with Chase and recent arrest.
Perhaps Carly will want to make sure the pressure isn’t getting to Chase. Now that Michael and Willow have married, Carly won’t want Chase coming clean and causing problems.
Despite how tempting it is to let Willow know he didn’t betray her, Chase hasn’t done that yet and doesn’t intend to for now. This sulking detective may assure Carly that he intends to stick to the plan.
While Chase speaks with Carly, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will have a meltdown over the phone. Maxie will shout that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has five minutes to get over to Deception.
Sasha’s already been trying to ice down her nose for the upcoming photoshoot, but she’ll face more hurdles thanks to how she’s handling her heartache. In an elevator, Sasha will look like she’s hungover and in desperate need of beauty sleep.
Naturally, Sasha will also look like she’s been crying – and that’s undoubtedly because she has been. It’s safe to say Sasha sobbed over Michael and Willow’s marriage all night. This marriage was Chase and Sasha’s goal, but this still hurts more than they ever could’ve imagined.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will wonder if it’s been a rough morning when she bumps into Sasha. Part of Nina’s always going to care about her fake daughter, so she’ll hate to see Sasha in so much pain.
As for Nelle, she’ll be a bit late to the custody hearing. General Hospital spoilers say Nelle will make a shocking entrance on Thursday, which will likely set up her new husband announcement on Monday.
