General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Anthony Geary (Luke Spencer) recently opened up to Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) in a great installment of Soaps in Quarantine. It’s a fantastic show that Grahn cohosts along with her friend, Kaore Bonell. Grahn had expressed excitement on social media about her next guest – who was none other than the talented Geary!
Now that the new installment has dropped, GH fans are buzzing about the possibility of Geary making a comeback. After an insightful interview filled with soap history, Grahn asked the question most viewers would like to know as well. She mentioned that Geary was a rebel on set like her and wondered if Geary would consider returning.
“So, can you come back?” Grahn asked. “OK, you talked me into it,” Geary said with a laugh. Although Geary seemed to be kidding around, a return stint certainly can’t be ruled out.
After all, many people thought Jane Elliott would never reprise her role as Tracy Quartermaine, but Tracy showed up for some terrific scenes during the holidays.
It was wonderful to see Tracy again, and it’d be wonderful to see Luke, too! If General Hospital could lure Elliot back for another stint at the same time, that’d be even better.
GH previously wrote in Tracy’s return and eventually the return of Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) – another character many fans worried they’d never see again.
Since it looks like Taggert most likely faked his death, his arc doesn’t seem done. All of this shows General Hospital is invested in bringing back some history here and there. Luke Spencer would definitely be in line with that vision.
Geary and his incredible portrayal are a huge part of GH, so they have the opportunity to give viewers an excellent blast from the past.
“I love all of you on GH. But Tony is SO missed,” one fan tweeted to Grahn. “When are you coming back!!! I miss you Tony!!!” another General Hospital viewer insisted.
One more fan said, “Wish he would come back to the show even just for a bit. Love Anthony.” It’s easy to see the support for Luke’s return is overwhelming, so let’s hope GH makes it happen.
