The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that there’s always plenty of talk about whether “Steam” should reunite. B&B fans have some strong opinions on Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) future and whether she belongs with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). However, there’s another pairing option for Steffy that some fans don’t feel was given a fair shake.
In an interview with Soap Opera Digest not too long ago, Wood admitted her favorite storyline was all the drama surrounding Steffy cheating with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
That certainly brought some gripping material for Wood to portray in the aftermath. It also brought a taste of Wood and Diamont’s onscreen chemistry, which “Still” fans continue to long for.
On Twitter, supporters of this pairing like to reflect on how much they miss Bill and Steffy together. “Still” shippers feel like they could’ve had a real shot if The Bold and the Beautiful writers had given them one. They’re holding out hope that someday Bill and Steffy’s spark will reignite.
One fan insisted B&B should “write a beautiful love story for #STILL instead of keeping Steffy hung up on a waffler manchild.”
Another viewer argued that Liam “killed Steffy’ spunk and spirit” before adding “#FreeSteffy and #STILL deserves a chance.” “Don Diamont and Jacqueline MacInnes Wood are…excellent kissers,” one more fan gushed. “All their shared kisses are always so hot!”
Of course, some viewers might find the whole “father and sons sharing a love interest” thing too weird. It’s something that happens pretty often on soaps, but it doesn’t make it any less icky in some fans’ eyes.
