The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) may face a cruel twist of fate. B&B viewers know Sally’s been trying to scam her way back into Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) heart. Sally roped Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) into helping her fake a terminal illness, but it’s all been an act – or so Sally thinks.
However, we can’t help but notice the huge change in Sally. She’s turned into this crazy character that none of us recognize anymore! There’s got to be more to the story here than just an obsession with Wyatt. Sally’s behavior has become increasingly bizarre and erratic. She’s just not herself these days, so there must be a reason why.
What’s this storyline building to? Could Sally be dying after all? The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sally will face a true medical crisis during the week of July 27-31.
Wyatt will confront Sally about her deception, so she’ll resort to begging. Sally will plead with Wyatt to forgive her, but she’ll wind up passing out in the middle of this drama.
Once Sally gets checked out at the hospital, what will her doctors find? The Bold and the Beautiful has laid the groundwork for something serious that will bring sympathy for Sally.
It’s possible Sally has a brain tumor or something along those lines. Sally hasn’t been acting like she’s in her right mind, but that may not be her fault.
Flo will be taken aback when she hears the latest news in the waiting area. She’ll struggle to believe this is actually happening, so that could be a hint that Sally’s facing a devastating diagnosis.
What if Sally’s been pretending to be terminally ill – all while unknowingly been battling a terminal illness? That sounds awfully soapy!
In a 2020 preview interview with Soap Opera Digest, B&B Executive Producer and Head Writer Bradley Bell promised a beloved character death. Unless Bell has changed his mind, someone’s going to die! That could be Sally if The Bold and the Beautiful swings her story back in a heartbreaking direction.
Of course, there’s been a lot of talk about how Sally’s a fighter. Sally may have to put all the advice she’s heard to good use and actually fight for her life. If Sally’s indeed facing a deadly illness, she could still beat this since soap miracles happen all the time. It’s just a matter of whether B&B intends to kill Sally off or not!
