The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that there may have been some good reasons for Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) role in Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) exposure. Let’s think about this for a second. The story would’ve worked just fine without Katie’s involvement.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) had already decided he couldn’t marry Shauna Fulton Forrester (Denise Richards) again. Shauna’s about to confess to Ridge as well, so that takes care of her part in all this.
We also know Eric Forrester (John McCook) will eavesdrop on Quinn’s enraged video chat with Shauna, so that’s how he’ll get updates on Shauna and Quinn’s scheme.
If you take Katie’s involvement out of the equation, what really changes? Quinn and Shauna still would’ve been exposed through Shauna’s confession to Ridge and the video chat Eric will overhear. It’s possible B&B was just giving Katie something to do since they don’t usually have much for her.
However, it’s also possible they wanted to make Katie a target. Maybe this was about setting up some anger for Quinn once she realizes Katie kicked off the exposure party.
It’s not going to matter to Quinn that the truth would’ve come out anyway, especially not once Quinn’s world falls apart. Quinn will have nothing left but bitterness, so she should be eager to make all her enemies pay.
That brings us to another important point: Quinn will soon be single. All signs point to Eric divorcing Quinn over her latest plot, so she’ll be free to go after someone else. Could that someone be Bill Spencer (Don Diamont)?
Bill’s proven that he’s just as bad as his waffling sons. Although Bill hates Quinn most days, Quinn knows he’s easily manipulated. Maybe Quinn will make Bill her new challenge! Quinn could try seducing Bill to blow up Katie’s reunion, which certainly seems to be on the way.
Just as Katie finally opens her heart to Bill again, Quinn may meddle in this repaired romance and put them back at square one. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Quinn’s about to have too much time on her hands and some scores to settle.
That’s a dangerous combination that could spell trouble for Bill and Katie’s reconnection!
