The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) has finally achieved what his heart has been longing for. He’s restored his relationship with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and the family he has with her. Plus, they’ve enhanced Lope by having Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) become a full member of the family.
Liam’s initial resistance to Hope wanting Douglas to be part of their family was overcome by Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) most recent scheme being revealed. As a result Clifton’s character appears more capable of maintaining his focus on Lope.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Wife And Children Matter Most
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam had Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Colette Gray) before Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) was born. But Steam wasn’t able to withstand various pressures following Kelly’s birth, resulting in Steffy telling Liam to return to Hope and marry her.
Later in the plot, Hope felt compelled to marry Thomas so that she could serve as a full-time mother figure for Douglas. Hope’s decision to become the boy’s legal parent helped to change that storyline’s dynamic.
Whenever Thomas opts to return, Liam can not allow him to push his buttons. Hope’s love and the children’s need for stability overrides whatever understandable grudge Liam holds against Thomas. It seems as though Clifton’s character finally gets that.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Steam Had Its Great Moments
As fans have been seeing through classic episodes, Steam shared great moments in the past, including visually stunning marriages that included Steffy’s wedding day flair. Reviewing the past also reinforces that’s where Liam’s romantic relationship with Steffy should remain.
Liam has chosen Hope twice in recent years, which appears to confirm that she’s become his current soulmate. Nothing can be taken from the love he and Steffy shared and their eternal bond through Kelly. But each character’s storyline has moved on.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Scott Clifton’s Current Life Fully Focused On Family
Liam’s dilemmas are far more complex than the actor who plays him. Clifton discussed a variety of topics during a recent live Twitter session with fans, which included family topics.
Clifton, his wife, Nicole Lampson, and their young son, Ford, are doing well during the production shutdown. The actor advised that he and his wife enjoy binge watching television during some of their down time.
A television related topic led to Clifton providing an anecdote. After replying to a fan question about Ozark, which he thinks is a fantastic show, Clifton said that he was texting with his father, who’s also a TV fan.
Clifton, who was born Scott Clifton Snyder, was telling his father, Ron Snyder, that he thinks Tom Pelphrey, who plays Ben Davis on Ozark, is a great actor.
Ron reminded his son that he’d (Scott) lost a Daytime Emmy award to Pelphrey in 2006. Pelphrey was playing Jonathan Randall on Guiding Light, while Clifton was playing Dillon Quartermaine on General Hospital.
Pelphrey earned another Daytime Emmy for his performance on GL in 2008. Clifton would go on to win three Daytime Emmy awards (2011, 2013, and 2017) for his portrayal of Liam Spencer on B&B.
