The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) devious plan is poised to backfire big time. Sally’s hoping to pull Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) closer through her fake terminal illness scam, but Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will cause major problems. Flo will play detective over the next couple weeks and work to uncover the stunning truth.
It seems likely Flo will blow this secret wide open, but what happens after that? Sally will undoubtedly be raked over the coals by Wyatt, Flo, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and even Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz). All of this has become too much for Penny, so she may wind up turning on Sally in the end. Sally will probably be left heartbroken, humiliated and without any hope.
Things might get worse for Sally before they get better. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say an unexpected curveball’s brewing in this storyline. One way or another, Sally’s scheme will truly become a life-or-death situation.
That could mean someone will be killed off as the plot gets out of hand. However, it could also tie in with Sally’s fake illness lie. Sally’s just pretending she’s dying, but what if she learns she’s actually dying down the road? It’d certainly explain why this story will become a genuine matter of life and death.
Sally might go from faking a miraculous cure to really needing one! Wouldn’t have be an exciting twist? Sally would have a hard time getting anyone to buy an authentic deadly diagnosis. Even if Sally was believed, there’s be a lot of residual anger from her phony terminal illness plot. B&B would have the potential for some great drama here.
Through her scheming, Sally may knock herself out of getting any sympathy if she gets sick for real. It might take Sally gasping on her deathbed to make Wyatt soften again. There’s even a chance someone like Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) could enter the story and show Sally love during her devastating crisis. It’d be the prime opportunity for reconnection.
Regardless, Sally may become the girl who cried wolf. If Sally’s fake terminal illness becomes a real one, she may be left isolated due to her previous deception. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Wyatt will eventually get updates on Sally’s scam, so we’ll see if truly deadly news follows.
