The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) old crimes aren’t yet behind him. As fans recall, he tailgated Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) off Mulholland Drive last year. Then, after seeing her crash, Thomas chose not to determine if she was still alive, to call for assistance, or to ever report what happened to the authorities.
Justin Barber (Aaron Spears) was devastated when learning that his niece was killed in an apparent single car accident. The attorney remains in a unique position to pursue this matter further. And, his best friend, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), is not a Thomas fan.
There are two other connected characters who have knowledge of what happened to Emma and are motivated to pursue justice for her.

Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) saw that Thomas appeared to follow Emma from Forrester Creations home office. Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) unknowingly provided Xander access to FC’s security system, which included video of the corporate parking area.
Bradley’s character also confirmed that Thomas was at the scene of the crime on Mulholland Drive. Xander got into Thomas’ car and checked the Global Positioning System’s history, which provided additional, compelling circumstantial evidence.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Authorities Don’t Have Proof of Thomas Guilt
The above information wasn’t enough to prove what happened, but enabled Xander to accuse Thomas of causing Emma’s death. Fans understood that Xander’s feelings about his former girlfriend took hold. They also surely felt that he should have reported what he knew to the authorities.
Thomas’ threats to Xander caused Bradley’s character to not only remain silent, but also to leave the United States and return to England. However, Xander wasn’t the only person Thomas was threatening to remain silent about their suspicions regarding Emma’s death. Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) were also targets of intimidation.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Zoe Buckingham Highly Motivated
The major hole in the Thomas-Zoe romance storyline was the improbability of Barnes’ character forgiving, let alone coming to care for Atkinson’s character. Yet she did.
Spurned by Thomas on their supposed wedding day, Zoe is more motivated than ever to see her assumed husband brought to justice. At the same time, Zoe’s personal history with Xander can’t be discounted, with both people teaming up to turn their enemy in.
Thomas erased the history on his vehicle’s equipment. But the origin of that digital content may still exist whenever the device’s physical server is located. Yes, logical retorts can be used to refute this conjecture. However, anything can happen in daytime, including Thomas being arrested because evidence is uncovered regarding his old crimes.
