The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) may not be a psycho killer. But he’s surely channeling an element of Norman Bates (as played by Anthony Perkins in Alfred Hitchcock’s classic, Psycho) through the storyline and the start of what already is another terrific performance by Atkinson.
The sight of Thomas with that doll is such great soap. Light-hearted daytime fans get the horror flick elements that B&B is presenting and appreciate the strike between drama and humor.
Thomas’ internal conversation with Plastic Hope is outrageous and therefore worth the watch. Is the storyline goofy? Sure. But it’s also believable because Thomas remains off-kilter and began playing just prior to Halloween.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan Offers Sound Advice
Just as Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) highly perceptive nature was again proven right via Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Shauna Fulton’s (Denise Richards) exposure, so too is she right about Thomas. Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) thinks that she’s keeping Thomas at bay. She should be listening to and following her mother’s advice.
B&B fans have learned that Thomas is unhealthy. It appears as though whatever efforts he’s made to regain stability haven’t produced results, or he has some type of undiagnosed condition that’s causing him to live in a dream world.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Spencer Doll Is Incredible
Not only has B&B’s writing team created what already is a memorable storyline, the production staff produced a doll that looks almost exactly like Noelle. The real person’s nose is perfect, but the doll’s is a bit out of proportion. Possibly that’s done for some type of extra visual effect?
Noelle’s voice-overs sound like they are run through auto tune, with the resulting effect making the doll’s dialogue sound dream-world robotic. Pairing that with the queasy camera angles and Atkinson’s sweaty appearance creates a cult movie experience that’s both chilling and satisfying.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Real Hope Spencer In Danger?
This time around Thomas might play out his fantasies with the doll, rather than with the woman he’s obviously still stuck on. Hopefully (pun intended) that proves to be the case, as Hope was put through more than any human being should ever have to endure in twenty lifetimes.
Possibly Brooke, or Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will recognize Thomas’ latest slow-motion crash. Here’s hoping for Hope’s sake that something changes before another torturous fate unfolds.
