The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thursday, April 23 Recap - Wyatt Returns Home To Shocking Scene - Flo Still Out Cold

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers recap for Thursday, April 23, reveal that Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) continued their conversation at Spencer Publications.

Wyatt wondered if Bill regretted kissing Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Bill didn’t immediately answer. Wyatt noted that it was a simple yes/no question, but Bill said that it wasn’t that simple.

Bill explained that when Brooke needs him, his instinct is to be there for her, and that he doesn’t regret that. But Bill did say that he regretted the kiss and that it hurt Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Bill said that he loved Katie and their life together. Wyatt wondered what to do with the regret he felt about how he treated Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Bill advised that Wyatt would take comfort in knowing that he did everything he could for Sally. Bill wondered how much time Sally had left, and Wyatt said that Sally had already surpassed the month she was given to live. Bill said that Sally was a fighter, and Wyatt noted that she wouldn’t be able to win this particular battle. Bill promised to be there for Wyatt when the time came for Sally to leave for good.

Bill glanced at his phone, noting that he had hoped that Katie would text him. Wyatt asked how Bill could hurt Katie like that, and Bill said that the moment the kiss with Brooke ended, they knew it was just a moment that was never going to happen again, and that there was no reason to confess.

Bill said that he owed Katie space, and that Will Spencer (Finnegan George) didn’t know anything that was going on. Bill advised Wyatt to be vigilant with Flo Futon (Katrina Bowden) and protect his relationship with her. Bill praised Flo and Wyatt for being there for Sally during this difficult time, and Wyatt thanked his dad for his words.

Meanwhile, Katie was hard at work in the Forrester Creations CEO office when Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) came in. Donna asked how Katie was holding up, and Katie said that she was ok, and that she had to be ok for her son. Donna asked if Katie had reached out to Bill, and Katie said no, that she was still too shocked by what happened.

Donna tried to blame Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), but Katie said that the blame lied with Bill and Brooke. Donna asked if Katie thought she could get to a place of forgiveness, and Katie said that it would be a long journey.

Katie noted that Bill and Brooke were sorry, but that they had been sorry before, and that they were incapable of keeping their hands off of each other.

Katie said that she and Brooke would likely come through this ok, but that she didn’t know if she could ever trust Bill again. Katie and Donna discussed Bill and Brooke’s past affair, and Katie said that she was being slapped in the face with this again…but the she thinks of Sally and how it’s all so tragic and final.

Bill then appeared at the door and listened as Katie praised Wyatt and Flo for what they were doing for Sally. Bill came in and noted that Flo might soon be marrying Wyatt.

Katie was surprised to see Bill, and Donna quickly left to give them some privacy. Katie and Bill talked, and Bill asked Katie why she hadn’t responded to his messages.

Katie said that she hasn’t felt like responding, but Bill gently pressed the issue, saying that he wanted to say how sorry he was. Katie said that his apology didn’t mean anything because he got caught – what else would he say at this point? Bill asked Katie not to shut him out, and Katie quietly rehashed the humiliation she felt when the video played out at the party.

Katie said that she just didn’t see it coming, and that she really believed that a kiss between Bill and Brooke wasn’t a possibility anymore. “So, until the shock wears off, I don’t know how I feel,” Katie said. Talk then turned to Flo and Wyatt, who Bill said would eventually be husband and wife and have a future together.

Next, at the beach house, Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) panicked, saying she couldn’t believe that she just hit Flo. Sally and Penny argued over what Penny was thinking. Penny just stood there, and Sally demanded that Penny come check on Flo to see if she was alive. Penny checked Flo’s pulse, and fortunately she had a pulse.

Penny said that considering the blow to Flo’s head, she could have a serious head injury or at the very least, a concussion. Sally ranted about how Wyatt was going to come home soon, and how he couldn’t find Flo there. Penny insisted that they needed to call 911 and get Flo medical attention, but Sally said no.

Sally insisted that they would both lose everything if anyone found Flo here. Penny started hyperventilating and ranting about Sally’s insane plan and about how she’s going to lose her medical license. Sally made them both take a deep breath, then said that they needed to get Flo out of here before she comes to and before Wyatt comes home.

Sally then got a message from Wyatt saying that he was coming home. Penny suggested they take Flo to the ER, but Sally said no, they needed to get Flo out of here and take her away. “Are you serious?” Penny said, “So, we’re kidnapping her now?” Sally said they needed to take Flo out the back door and put her in Penny’s car.

Suddenly, Wyatt’s car alarm chirped outside, and Sally panicked. Sally and Penny then proceeded to drag Flo’s unconscious body across the floor toward the back door. Sally and Penny were in the process of dragging Flo to the back when Wyatt appeared at the door. Wyatt fumbled with his keys, then opened the door.

Wyatt surveyed the room, and the camera did a closeup shot of Wyatt’s eyes, which were utterly surprised by whatever he saw. “What the hell!” Wyatt yelled.
