The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Tuesday, July 21 Recap - Katie Won't Take Bill Back - Sally Tells Flo She's Having Wyatt’s Baby

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers recap for Tuesday, July 21, reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was working from home and spending time with Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Colette Gray) when Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) stopped by.

Liam wanted to spend some time with Kelly, and as they were talking, Steffy noticed the wedding ring on Liam’s finger, saying that it might take some getting used to.

Steffy said that things didn’t need to be awkward between them, and that they are good. Steffy wanted to know if Liam was happy, and he said he was, and he wanted to know if Steffy was doing ok and making time for herself.

Steffy admitted that she wasn’t doing as much of that as she should, and that her life was basically work and Kelly right now.

Steffy and Liam talked about how their lives and plans had changed, and Steffy said that some of her dreams ended when Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) put that ring on Liam’s finger.

Meanwhile, at Forrester Creations. Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) talked in the CEO office. Bill wanted to talk about repairing their relationship, but Katie was mostly worried about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Bill was sympathetic to Sally’s plight, but he insisted on trying to fix things between himself and Katie, and he apologized for breaking Katie’s heart again. Bill said that one kiss shouldn’t be the end of their relationship, and he wouldn’t lose Katie and their family.

Katie started crying and said that she loves Bill more than she will ever love anyone, but that given Bill’s history with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), she’s not sure if she can forgive him this time.

Katie explained that the kiss meant something to her, but Bill pleaded for a chance. “Your coming back to us WAS your chance,” Katie said. Bill looked awful as Katie said that it was time to tell Will Spencer (Finnegan George) that they were separated and might not get back together.

At the beach house, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) walked in to see the room disheveled and Sally’s walker sitting there. Wyatt ran around, calling out to Sally, who wasn’t there. Meanwhile, over at Sally’s apartment, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) laid on the floor, tied to the radiator. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) and Sally argued about what to do, and they rehashed the details about how Penny knocked Flo unconscious and then Penny and Sally dragged Flo to the apartment.

Suddenly, Sally’s phone rang, and it was Wyatt. Sally answered it, much to Penny’s chagrin. Sally told Wyatt that she was fine, and Wyatt demanded to know what happened in the living room.

Sally claimed that she fell because she was in a rush to leave, and that the driver helped her to the car and that she forgot her walker. Sally claimed to be at Penny’s office for an appointment.

Wyatt seemed upset still, and he said that despite everything, he wanted to be there for Sally. Sally smiled to herself and told Wyatt that she’d be home soon. Wyatt and Sally ended their call, and Wyatt looked around the room at the beach house again, gazing at a picture of himself with Flo.

After Sally hung up on her end of the conversation, Penny blasted her for not telling Wyatt the truth, and the two women argued about how Sally had come too far not to lose Wyatt. Suddenly, Flo started to regain consciousness, and she woke up asking where she was.

Penny said that Flo’s pupils were equal and reactive, and that she’d be fine. Slowly, Flo became fully cognizant and realized that she was tied to the radiator and that she had been hit over the head.

Flo blasted Sally for attacking her and kidnapping her, and Sally told Flo how much she loved Wyatt and how happy they were going to be together. Sally insisted that Flo stole Wyatt from her, and Flo fired back that Sally totally lied to Wyatt about her illness.

Penny interjected that she had begged Sally to put an end to this, and Flo said that Sally wasn’t stable and needed to talk with someone. Sally said that was enough, and that she wasn’t giving up on Wyatt, and that she and Wyatt were going to have children and a family together.

Sally then announced that she had an app on her phone to track her cycle, and that now was the perfect time for her to get pregnant with Wyatt’s baby. Flo and Penny looked mortified.
