The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Monday, September 21, teases that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will have a heart-to-heart. B&B fans know Thomas’ obsession with Hope really drove him off the rails, but he’s been working hard to be a better man.
There’s one thing that Thomas and Hope can agree on now – and that’s Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) deserves as much love and stability as they can give him.
Thomas will deliver a sincere apology to Hope and show great remorse for everything he put her through. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will also offer his gratitude to Hope for being the rock Douglas needed.
Hope took the lead on parenting Douglas along with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), so that’s given Thomas some time to work on battling his inner demons.
Thomas will let Hope know how much he appreciates her being a mother to Douglas. In return, Hope will praise Thomas for genuinely working on his issues.
Hope will see that Thomas wants to be a good dad and has been doing everything he can to move on from his old obsession. Thomas could use a pat on the back right now, so he’ll be thankful for Hope’s kindness.
From there, B&B spoilers say Hope and Thomas will concentrate on the future. They’ll hope they can be successful coparents and will establish some strategies to make sure they do what’s best for Douglas moving forward.
It’ll mark a nice turning point in Thomas and Hope’s relationship, but we’ll see if Thomas can stick to his goals!
In the meantime, Liam will frantically try to awaken unresponsive Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Liam will try everything! Shouting, shaking, slapping… Once Steffy finally opens her eyes, she’ll be in a drugged haze.
Liam will demand to know if Steffy’s still on pain pills, but she’ll lie that she isn’t and act outraged that Liam would even think so.
Since Liam will feel confident that Steffy’s deceiving him, he’ll start rummaging around the house to find the pill bottle. Steffy will stand there helplessly as Liam opens drawers, pulls out couch cushions and checks every corner.
Once the pills turn up, Liam will be livid over Steffy’s lies. The bottle will be in a spot where Kelly Spencer could’ve easily gotten her hands on it, so Liam will be doubly angry.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will lash out over the danger Steffy put Kelly in. He’ll point out that Kelly could’ve been the one to try and wake her mom up, so that’ll be concerning as well.
Steffy will push Liam to mind his own business and get out, but Liam will refuse to leave Steffy along with their daughter. Liam will agree to leave – but only if Kelly goes with him.
As for those pills, Liam will think he was right about Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) judgment being clouded. Liam will assume Finn gave Steffy another refill, but she’ll admit she got this bottle elsewhere.
Since the priority will be Kelly in this moment, Liam will shift the focus back to their daughter’s well-being.
