The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is currently on the outs with his wife, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), and son, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). As B&B fans know, Brooke and Thomas repeatedly clashed hard within the last year.
Two of the people Ridge felt closest to in his life have now betrayed his trust. Brooke is working to repair the damage of the cabin kiss. Thomas has gone underground, with his whereabouts remaining unknown through B&B’s last new episode.
Tellingly, both characters see the other as the threat to Ridge. Neither person can see that their actions are similar. But it’s fair to ask which person, Brooke, or Thomas, has hurt Ridge more?
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan’s More Recent History Considered
Ridge is not innocent where Bridge’s troubles are concerned. Fans know that he willingly allowed Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) to become more than a friend.
Ridge’s choice to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, with Shauna appeared to signal the end of his marriage to Brooke. Despite Shauna’s trepidation, Ridge persisted in saying that he wouldn’t break her heart if she agreed to explore a relationship with him.
Brooke’s deep concern about Ridge led her to send a Forrester Creations pilot to Vegas and retrieve her husband. This, of course, came after Brooke was exposed on a video, at the intended Bridge reunion party, in having passionately kissed Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Lied About Everything
Thomas directly played off his father’s paternal instincts to protect him since returning from New York with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). He then co-opted Ridge when telling him what happened to Emma Barber (Nia Sioux). That plot point alone surely makes Thomas the greater offender, right?
Thomas allowed his dad to defend outrageous to numerous people and most importantly, to cover his crimes. Atkinson’s character fully manipulated Ridge, with no apparent plans of stopping. If it wouldn’t have been for Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) creative thinking at the proposed Thope wedding, there’s every logical reason to believe that Thomas would still be furthering his self-centered agenda.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – But Bill Spencer Is The Enemy
Those who feel that Brooke is the greater offender have one strong argument to make. They simply reference the Dollar Bill nickname.
The right cross Ridge applied to the left side of Bill’s face was the latest development in the violent history of these enemies. For Brooke to allow herself to kiss Bill, regardless of the moment, was wrong. But does that single mistake make her more guilty than all that Thomas did to his father?
