The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) may have even more regrets about pushing Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) out at Jabot. Y&R fans know Kyle took great pleasure in firing Theo – at least at first. Guilt began to creep in later, but Summer Newman (Hunter King) offered plenty of reassurance.
In Summer’s mind, Theo was wrong to steal the pitch and deserves to suffer for it. Kyle knows Theo messed up big time, but he can’t help thinking about their former friendship.
Theo and Kyle are also family now, so that’s another crucial factor. All of this led to Kyle second-guessing his decision to cut Theo loose – and he may have another reason to regret that decision down the road.
Now that Theo’s been fired, Jabot will surely need someone else to step up and replace him. Theo’s made some big mistakes, but he’s a social media genius – at least that’s the way Y&R tries to present him.
If Jabot’s going to keep up with the current trends and build a brand that can last, they can’t ignore the social media aspect. Just making quality products isn’t enough.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will surely hire someone else to run the social media department, so will we see this person? The Bold and the Beautiful is getting some new characters, so Y&R could easily get some new ones as well. This could be a chance for another love triangle on The Young and the Restless.
What if by firing Theo, Kyle paves the way for a new man to enter the picture and catch Summer’s eye? Summer could at least attract the interest of this potential new employee.
Since Kyle and Summer work together, it makes sense to throw someone else in the mix to shake things up. It’d be smart to add a handsome guy to stir up some jealousy in Kyle and give “Skyle” an obstacle.
Would Summer and Kyle be able to overcome that obstacle or fall apart instead? Either way, The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Kyle and Summer’s love may be tested when new episodes return!
Could Theo’s Jabot replacement become a new love interest possibility? Will Kyle have some competition for Summer’s heart?
