The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will turn against a surprising sibling. Y&R fans are used to Nick hating Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) guts by now, but Nick’s usually on good terms with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
They often agree when it comes to Adam, so Nick certainly wasn’t opposed to watching Adam’s takedown.
However, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) took things too far as usual – and that’ll come back to bite Victoria big time. Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) will struggle following the release of Billy’s story, which details Adam’s crimes – including how he kidnapped Faith when she was a baby.
After Faith is bullied relentlessly, Nick will do his best to support Faith through the crisis. Although Faith knew the gist of the kidnapping drama before now, the full story will really tear her up inside.
Faith will undoubtedly be upset over how messed up her family is – and how messed up it is that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) still so chummy with Adam!
As for Nick, he’ll confront Victoria and unleash a new war in the process. Since Victoria was willing to let Faith get hurt in the fallout, that’ll cross a major line for Nick. He’ll be seeing a ruthless side of Victoria that he didn’t know she had.
Of course, Victoria will argue that she wasn’t aware of the nitty-gritty, but her excuses won’t fly with Nick. Victoria teamed up with Billy, who caused emotional distress for Faith – and that’s not going to work for Nick.
As far as Nick’s concerned, Victoria may be turning into Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) at his worst. Nick might even argue that Victoria’s no better than Adam!
Nick and Victoria’s sibling bond will be seriously damaged, so what’s next for these two? Just how ugly will the latest Newman battle get? This might be enough to convince Nick that he has to regain control at Newman Enterprises.
Nick might fight for the CEO seat since Victoria’s making so many impulsive, damaging decisions.
The Young and the Restless viewers know Nick’s been feeling protective of his family lately. Despite the issues of the past, Nick’s becoming more invested in the Newmans and their legacy. It’s easy to imagine Nick deciding that enough is enough when it comes to Victoria’s antics.
Revenge on Adam will come at too steep a price for Nick’s taste, so he’ll fight back. It’s just a matter of how hard! Will Nick knock Victoria off the Newman throne? Is that how Victor will make Victoria pay, too? We’ll offer updates as other Y&R news pops up.
