The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Noah Newman (Robert Adamson) is headed back to Genoa City soon. He’ll support Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, but how long will he stick around?
Y&R hasn’t revealed that yet, but we do know Noah’s indeed returning thanks to a leaked cast photo taken right outside the studio.
Noah will apparently be part of an anniversary celebration for Newman Enterprises, which is really about paying tribute to Eric Braeden (Victor Newman). However, The Young and the Restless may choose to keep Noah in town for a while.
After all, Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) has decided not to return to boarding school. Noah would surely understand that his mom needs him close, too.
Of course, that brings the possibility of Noah rejoining the Genoa City business scene. Which company might Noah land at? There might even be a bit of a bidding war – or at least a couple pitches for Noah to consider.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) could use Noah’s assistance at Newman, especially since her personal life’s in turmoil right now. She’s got a lot on her plate! Noah would make a good COO – and Victoria mentioned the search for one a while back. It could’ve been laying the groundwork for Noah eventually sliding in that position.
Newman Enterprises isn’t the only option though! In fact, there’s another one that’d bring a lot more drama. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) intends to resurrect Dark Horse and could probably use Noah’s help to do it.
Y&R fans will recall that Noah ran the London branch of Dark Horse for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). It’d be interesting to see Nick’s reaction if Adam offered Noah a position – and it’d be even more interesting to see if Noah would take it!
Sometimes business can come before grudges, particularly if the offer’s good enough. Having Noah work for Adam might be a way to start mending fences between Adam and his brother.
Nick would likely accept Noah’s choice, even if he didn’t like it much. Sharon doesn’t need the added stress of Noah feuding with his father, so Nick might decide to suck it up and let Noah do what he wants.
Regardless, Noah will likely need a job if he stays in town – and it’s reasonable to assume he will since Faith’s staying. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Noah could be tempted to rejoin Dark Horse if Adam plays his cards right!
