The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis and Nick’s Ice Storm Hookup – Trapped with Nothing to Do But Get Steamy

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will drop by Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place during the week of March 2-6. She’ll bring some takeout along with her, but Nick will immediately suspect this visit involves more than just sharing a meal.

After some of their usual banter, Nick will put Phyllis on the spot. He’ll bring up that kiss Phyllis planted at the Newman Enterprises gala and wonder what that was about. Of course, Phyllis may suggest it didn’t seem like Nick was complaining! He certainly kissed back, but Phyllis will downplay the passionate moment. She’ll brush it off as meaningless, but Nick will think Phyllis is angling for a reunion.

When it comes to that idea, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will shut it down. He’ll make it clear that they’re absolutely NOT getting back together. Nick will feel like they’ve been down this road too many times and already know how it ends. They’ve found their way back to a solid friendship, so Nick won’t want to ruin the good thing they’ve got going.

Phyllis may be a bit disheartened by Nick’s take on the situation, but she won’t let on like she’s bothered. Instead, Y&R spoilers say Phyllis will pivot to a discussion about the Grand Phoenix. She’ll inform Nick that she got what she wanted and is now the full owner of the hotel.

Phyllis will start talking about expansion plans and the properties she gave Nick after taking over for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) at Dark Horse. She’ll ask for his thoughts on some business-related matters, but Nick won’t be buying any of this. He’ll think Phyllis came over with a romantic agenda.

The Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news say Phyllis will eventually decide to head out, but she’ll return soon enough. It turns out there’ll be an ice storm outside that forces her to stay. Ah, the good ol’ “trapped in the storm” trope! It’s a classic. Phyllis will inform Nick that the roads are bad, so she’s sticking around whether he likes it or not.

Naturally, Nick will worry that things are head somewhere steamy. It sounds like a hot hookup could be on the way, but Nick will likely stand his ground on the relationship issue for now. Nick doesn’t want to complicate things with a full-blown reunion, but that doesn’t mean he won’t have some fun with Phyllis on this stormy night!

More Y&R news will roll in soon, so be sure to check back here for updates. CDL will have lots of exciting Young and the Restless spoilers to read up on.
