The Young and the Restless Spoilers Recap: Wednesday, November 25 - Summer & Kyle Reconcile - Devon & Nate Peace - Faith’s Drinking

The Young and the Restless spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 25, tease that the Abbott family will gather for their annual Thanksgiving feast at the mansion, and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will join as a surprise guest, having been invited by Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will be surprised to see his ex, and he’ll be impressed to see Summer tell off Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), who will be a bit of a jerk to her.

Before dinner, Jack will make a nice toast, and privately he’ll suggest that Billy come on board at Jabot for a little consulting work. Billy will immediately take offense, thinking that Jack just wants to keep him out of trouble during the shooting investigation. Billy will leave the mansion in a huff.

Once dinner is over, Summer will announce that she’s got to leave and make the family rounds. Jack will be dismayed that Kyle doesn’t ask Summer to stay, but Kyle will take off as well.

Jack will end up being a little bummed that both Kyle and Billy are gone, but Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will say that family always comes back.

Over at the Grand Phoenix, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be getting ready to go to Crimson Lights to help feed the homeless when Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) calls to say that he had Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) committed. That will take Nick by surprise.

Meanwhile, in Kyle’s suite, Kyle will enter to find Summer waiting for him. Turns out, Kyle will have slipped Summer his room key over at the Abbott mansion.

Summer and Kyle will wonder what it means that they’re together, and Kyle will offer to hash things out once and for all. Summer will say that she doesn’t want to talk, and that she won’t overthink this again.

At Crimson Lights, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will receive a generous check from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) to help with her feeding the homeless initiative.

Out on the patio, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will bump into Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), who will inquire as to Elena’s plans for the holiday. Elena will say that she has no plans.

After Elena takes off, Devon will see Amanda to invite her to Thanksgiving at his penthouse, but Amanda will say that she has plans – she’s got a friend who needs a little cheering up.

Elsewhere, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) will be working and joking together, but Mariah will sense that Faith isn’t doing as well as she says.

Soon, Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will arrive, and they’ll talk briefly with Sharon about Adam requiring sedation in the mental health facility.

Nick and Phyllis will show up, and Phyllis will walk up to Sharon and mention Faith’s drinking incident, not realizing that Sharon doesn’t know about it. Sharon will get peeved and want to talk with Nick.

Phyllis will try to tell Nick that she spilled the beans to Sharon, but Sharon will intercept Nick and blast him for not telling her about Faith’s drinking, especially after the way they lost Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes).

Faith will walk up, mad at Nick for telling Sharon. Sharon will hear all the details off-screen, and Faith will insist that she’s sorry, and that she didn’t want Sharon to know because of her cancer.

“I’m jot fragile – you can lean on me,” Sharon will say, while Faith starts to cry. Sharon will walk over to Faith, and Faith will repress her feelings and wipe away her tears, telling her mother that she’s ok and that it helps to hear that.

Out on the patio, Victor and Nikki will enjoy coffee and each other’s company. Victor will wonder what Adam has to be thankful for this year, and Nikki will say that Adam has Victor no matter what.

Nikki will say that they should focus on all their blessings and the great things to come, like Abby Newman’s (Melissa Ordway) upcoming wedding. “Have I told you lately that you’re pretty and that I love you?” Victor will say.

At Devon’s penthouse, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will call Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) to ask him to come to Thanksgiving dinner, then later she’ll tell Devon about it. Devon won’t be thrilled, but in short order Nate will show up at the door.

Lily will urge Devon and Nate to get along just for the day since life is short.

The day will be a bit tense, with smooth jazz playing in the background and Nate and Devon still peeved with each other. Nate will quip that he can help Lily by stirring the gravy one-handed, and Devon will say that he heard that Elena was back at the clinic.

After dinner, Lily will leave to go talk business with Billy, which Devon and Nate will find interesting, and Nate will leave shortly thereafter.

At Elena and Lola Rosales’ (Sasha Calle) apartment, Elena will be alone and not knowing what to do when Amanda drops by with a bottle of wine. Elena and Amanda will open the bottle and order takeout, and Amanda will ask some questions about Devon, which Elena will avoid answering.

Amanda will delicately ask Elena about Nate, and Elena will say that she doesn’t know what she wants.

Lola will arrive home from Society, and she’ll be glad to see Amanda there with Elena. Elena will say that she screwed up royally this year, yet Lola offered her a place to stay and Amanda was there on Thanksgiving keeping her company.

Soon, Amanda will head out, and Lola will leave to go meet up with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). Elena will text Nate, wishing him a Happy Thanksgiving.

At Society, Billy and Lily will sit at the bar talking. Billy will share that Jack offered him work at Jabot, and that Jack thinks he’s a danger to himself and others. “You know that’s not true, right?” Lily will say, and Billy will smile, thanking her for her words.

Lily and Billy will enjoy each other’s company, and Lily will say that she’s right where she needs to be.
