The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, September 10, tease that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will decide to make a power play. Of course, power plays tend to be the norm for Victoria lately.
She’s all about making her mark at Newman Enterprises with bold moves, so she’ll make what’s perhaps her most controversial move yet on Thursday.
Ordinarily, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) would be causing a fuss over Victoria’s gutsy leadership style, but it looks like he’ll be too busy on Thursday – at least at first. Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) issues will be the priority as usual!
Victor doesn’t like to fight with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), but this is one area they can never seem to agree on.
When it comes to Adam, Nikki feels like Victor’s setting himself up for disappointment. Y&R fans know Nikki doesn’t see Adam as someone who’s capable of turning his life around.
However, Victor has vowed time and time again to be there for Adam. There’s no way Victor’s going to turn his back on his son – not now, not ever!
As for Victoria and that bold move we mentioned, there’s someone else who’ll take the lead on being shocked. While Victor’s busy worrying about Adam, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be floored by his sister’s business bombshell. It’ll probably leave Nick wondering if Victoria really knows what she’s doing.
There’s a big difference in making your mark on the company and destroying everything it once was. Nick may deliver a warning to Victoria, especially since he knows how Victor operates. If you push Victor too hard, he’ll always find a way to push back.
Nevertheless, Victoria isn’t scared of Victor or anyone else these days. She may thank Nick for the advice, but she’ll keep right on making power plays and doing whatever she feels is right at Newman Enterprises.
On another note, Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) DNA results should be back soon. Will those come in on Thursday? They just might!
At some point in the next episode or two, Amanda will return from her trip and get updates on the DNA results from Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Nate will hand over an envelope for Amanda to open, which will reveal if she’s Hilary Curtis Hamilton’s (Mishael Morgan) twin sister or not. Amanda will want Nate with her when she finds out the big news, but it seems like The Young and the Restless will want to hold off on that part until Friday. They might as well save that for the week’s cliffhanger!
