The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Wednesday, February 26, teases that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will talk wedding plans. They’ll settle on getting married at Hope Wilson’s (Beth Toussaint) farm again this spring. When Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) ordeal comes up, Adam will confide his thoughts on a return to Newman Enterprises.
Although Adam indeed wants to make a comeback, he won’t want to look like he’s taking advantage of the situation. Adam also won’t like the idea of upsetting Chelsea with his plans, but she’ll offer her support. Chelsea will suggest that Adam wants to earn Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) approval, so Adam will admit she knows him well.
Afterward, Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will catch up with Chelsea, who’s getting back to sketching. Y&R spoilers say Chloe will urge Chelsea to return to the fashion business. She’ll even talk about leaving the hotel to help.
At Society, Victor will bark orders over the phone as he tries to put out Newman fires. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will express concern after Victor disconnects. When Victor complains about needing someone to run Newman Enterprises, Nick will make it clear that he’s not interested. However, he’ll notice how stressed and exhausted Victor seems.
Nick will push Victor to let him check out some contract details instead. He’ll think Victor needs to take a break; Vic at least needs to sleep and eat. Unfortunately, Victor will insist on continuing his work. When Nick learns Adam’s coming to see Victor, he’ll warn his father not to let Adam take advantage.
After Victor offers reassurance and Nick takes off, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will arrive. Although Adam hasn’t been great about stepping up for the Newman clan in the past, he’ll think that should change. When Adam suggests he could pitch in at Newman, Victor will only agree to mull it over.
At the hospital, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will sit by Victoria’s bedside. She’ll read to her daughter and wish Victoria could wake up to say she’s fine. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will admit there’s been no change in Victoria’s condition. It’s still a waiting game at this point.
Once Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) shows up for a visit, Nikki will worry about how tired she looks. Since there aren’t any updates on Victoria’s status, there’s no need for Sharon to wear herself out there. Nikki will insist on taking Sharon to the ranch and will refuse to take no for an answer.
Other Y&R spoilers say Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will sneak in soon after. He’ll sit by Victoria alone and weep over this terrible situation. When Nick approaches, Billy will take off and leave photos of the kids behind. After Nick makes a speech to Victoria about not being able to imagine the world without her, he’ll discover the pics on the bed and glance around.
Back with Billy, he’ll sit deep in through on the Grand Phoenix rooftop. As for Sharon, she’ll get a solid pep talk from Nikki. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki will want Sharon to focus on the fight, not the fear. They’ll agree that they’re both warriors and will share a sweet moment.
At Jabot, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will have separate, steamy fantasies – both of which involve ripping Kyle’s shirt open. After a deal is nixed, Summer and Kyle will feel like the guy did them a favor. They’ll talk about the distractions they’ve been battling before leaving the office for the day.
At the Grand Phoenix, Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will get some shocking news. He’ll seem upset over Lola Rosales’ (Sasha Calle) Miami restaurant plans, but she’ll promise she’s not moving away. Theo will settle down and blame it on missing Lola’s food.
Lola will hang around to chat with Theo after his meeting. She’ll feel like maybe there was something he wanted to talk about. After Theo awkwardly talks about Lola’s divorce, he’ll almost leave before working up his nerve. Theo will suggest that he’d like to take Lola out eventually. She’ll flash a smile and seem receptive to the idea.
