The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Wednesday, May 27 - Ashley’s Baby Loss Break From Reality - Kevin’s Revenge On Colleen

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, May 27, tease that viewers will see an encore episode that originally aired on October 10, 2003. In the episode, JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) will find himself concerned when Colleen Carlton (Lyndsy Fonseca) doesn’t meet him as planned at the boutique. After a call to Cody Dixon (Brody Hutzler) at Crimson Lights, JT will learn that Colleen was headed to Gina’s.

Over at Gina’s, a frightening scene will be unfolding. Colleen will be inside the locked cooler, while Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) pours flammables throughout the restaurant, preparing to burn the place down with Colleen inside.

Kevin will be upset because Colleen ratted him out to Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John), and he’ll prepare to set the place on fire to make Colleen pay. Inside the cooler, Colleen will fall to the ground crying.

Meanwhile, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will realize that she’ll be spending the evening with Neil. Lily will be upset, thinking that her parents will never leave her alone again, and she’ll be embarrassed that Colleen and Sierra Hoffman (Asia Smith) told Neil about Lily’s relationship with Kevin.

Neil will try to talk some sense into Lily, saying that Kevin could be charged with statutory rape.

Lily will tell her dad that nothing happened between her and Kevin, and she’ll think that Neil is judging Kevin when he doesn’t even know him. Neil will be horrified to hear Lily say that Kevin is the only one who understands her and cares for her.

Neil will try to get Lily to understand that Kevin was taking advantage, but Lily won’t want to hear it, and she’ll leave the room crying.

At the gala at the Newman Ranch, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be bickering over whether Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) should know about Abby Newman’s (Amanda and Rachel Pace) paternity when Victor comes along and tells them to stop arguing for the evening.

Later, Sharon will get jealous when Nikki tries to take credit for the gala during a televised interview, and Sharon will worm her way into the interview saying she’s in charge of the evening.

As the gala continues, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be barely civil to Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) when he arrives with Victoria Newman (Heather Tom) as his date.

Victoria and Sharon will snark at each other, and Victoria will be upset when Damon Porter (Keith Hamilton Cobb) arrives with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Michael will do his best to cheer Victoria up, but she’ll be too agitated.

Later, Frederick Hodges (John Martin) and Anita Hodges (Mitzi Kapture-Donahue) will arrive, followed shortly by Brittany Hodges (Lauren Woodland) and Bobby Marsino (John Enos).

Brittany’s parents won’t be at all pleased to meet Bobby, since he owns the club where Brittany is a stripper. Brittany and Bobby will walk away, bumping right into Raul Guittierez (David Lago) and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman), which will be another awkward scene.

In another area, Nick will talk briefly with Lauren, who will say that Michael stopped short of bribing her when he was trying to get better shelf space for the Newman product line. Nick will realize that Michael could be bribing retailers for better shelf space.

And Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) will be mortified to both be wearing the same Forrester Creations gown at the gala.

Later, Phyllis will take an opportunity to needle Diane about the possibility that she’ll lose her job one Victor ruins Jabot. Phyllis will try to insult Diane by wondering if she hired someone from an escort service to be her date tonight. Just then, Damon will walk up and Diane will ask him if he’s ever worked for an escort service. Damon will laugh and say no.

Phyllis and Damon will then be approached by Victoria, who will be chilly to them both. And elsewhere, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) will have a tense interaction with Victor.

John will berate Victor for what he put Ashley Abbott Carlton (Eileen Davidson) through. Victor will want them all to be civil for the evening, but John will be livid and will need to be restrained as Victor walks away.

Later, Sharon will hear from Laird Worthington (Nick Meaney) that there is a crisis – the caterer’s food truck will have been involved in an accident and there will be no food to serve to the guests. Sharon won’t know what to do, and Nikki will observe all of this go down from afar.

Finally, Brad Carlton (Don Diamont) will find himself seriously worried about Ashley. Brad will note that Ashley seems down and distracted, and Ashley will be consumed with thinking about how she held their baby Robert in her arms.

Brad will wonder if perhaps Ashley needs professional help, but Ashley will balk at that, and she’ll continue talking about how beautiful and perfect Robert was.

Brad will feel awful about how Ashley had seen Robert in the morgue when he had drifted asleep at the hospital, and in the course of their conversation he’ll suggest that they consider adopting at a later date.

Ashley will state that they don’t need to adopt a child because their family is perfect as is. Brad won’t quite get what Ashley is referring to, and when Brad steps away, Ashley will cradle a blanket as if it is Robert and walk out the front door.
