The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, October 14, tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will face a difficult wait. Y&R fans know Sharon underwent a second breast surgery in hopes of removing all the cancer and getting her life back on track.
Despite the distraction of Sharon and Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) engagement, there’s still a dark cloud hanging over Sharon.
Until Sharon gets updates from her doctor, she’s stuck in limbo. Sharon is trying to stay hopeful about the future, but she needs to know this cancer’s part of her past first.
Fortunately, Sharon’s pathologist will likely have some good news according to The Young and the Restless spoilers. Once Sharon receives the results of her latest scan, she’ll hopefully have another reason to celebrate besides her impending marriage to Rey.
Over with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), he’ll have a secret he’s keeping under wraps. If Kyle runs into Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) or someone else he’d rather not spill the failed elopement to, he may dodge questions and take off quickly.
Kyle was devastated over Summer Newman (Hunter King) calling off the wedding, so he won’t be eager to spread the word.
Nevertheless, Kyle already managed to stir up suspicions when he accidentally crashed girls’ night looking all glum. Since Kyle can’t keep his heartbreak a secret forever, someone new might be brought in the loop on Wednesday.
Of course, The Young and the Restless fans still don’t know what was in the gift box Kyle gave Summer. Assuming Summer left that box behind when she bailed on Kyle, that could tie in with this secret of Kyle’s. It’s possible the “teardrop of love” emerald is inside since Y&R has turned this into such a mystery.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will challenge Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Billy’s bluff will be called, so Lily may not buy that her partner really has enough for an Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) sequel. How much more Adam dirt could there possibly be?
Lily might push Billy to lay all his cards on the table if he expects her to officially approve part two of the exposé. Although Billy got lucky the first time around, Lily’s been clear about wanting full approval on anything else Billy does.
They’re supposed to be a team, but something tells us Billy’s going to forget that little detail again down the road.
