The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, September 2, tease that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will make a startling discovery. After Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) decides to donate blood at the New Hope Clinic, Nate will wonder if she knows her blood type.
Amanda will admit it’s B negative, so Nate will confess he knew someone else with that blood type…Hilary Curtis Hamilton (Mishael Morgan).
Nate will basically force Amanda to confront the issue they’ve all been dancing around. Amanda is an orphan who knows nothing about her biological roots. She also happens to look and sound exactly like Hilary.
Once Nate knows Amanda and Nate have the same blood type, they’ll have to confront the obvious. Amanda could be Hilary’s twin sister, so Nate will wonder if she wants to look into it.
If Amanda’s interested, Nate will think there’s a way to prove the connection. All it would take is getting something with Hilary’s DNA on it, which Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) could provide.
However, Nate knows this is a tricky situation since Hilary’s dead. He also knows how much Hilary values her privacy and doesn’t like looking back.
With all that in mind, Nate will be willing to drop the matter entirely if that’s what Amanda would prefer. The choice is Amanda’s, so she’ll mull over taking the next step.
In the meantime, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will meet with a Newman Enterprises ally named Dan Szymborski (Robert Gossett). Dan is a loyal Newman supporter, but how does he feel about all the recent changes?
Victoria’s been making some daring moves on the throne, so she might have some convincing to do. Nevertheless, Victoria has a knack for getting what she wants these days.
If Victoria wants Dan’s support, she should get that, too. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will blur the lines between business and pleasure, so she may choose to flirt with Dan and butter him up.
Other Y&R spoilers say an unexpected visitor is headed Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) way. Will that be Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)? Chance has been trying to get in touch with Adam, but he hasn’t had any luck yet. Adam hasn’t been keen on talking to most people, so he’s pushing his old friend aside.
That could change on Wednesday’s Y&R episode. Perhaps Adam will surprise Chance and offer updates on what happened in Kansas all those years ago. Adam might think what happened in Vegas was exactly the same – that he wanted that man dead.
Of course, Chance would surely correct Adam on that since Adam saved his life. This could bring a pep talk from Chance, who’ll always be grateful to Adam.
