The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of May 4-8 tease that special theme’s coming up that’s sure to delight “Niktor” fans. Y&R will celebrate Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) love story all week long with five classic episodes. They’re calling this week “Victor and Nikki: A Lifetime of Love,” and it’s sure to bring back fond memories for longtime viewers.
Y&R will kick things off with an episode that originally aired all the way back in 1981. The Young and the Restless fans will see Nikki’s first visit to the ranch, where Victor’ s keen on doing some chemistry testing! Colonel Douglas Austin (Michael Evans) offers assistance in this exciting blast-from-the-past show.
Next, viewers will be treated to an episode that first aired in 1987. Nikki’s dreaming of a Victor reunion once Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) out of the way. As for Phillip Chancellor III (Thom Bierdz), he’s focused on a future with Christine “Cricket” Blair (Lauralee Bell).
By midweek, Nikki spends some time in the spotlight at the Colonnade Room. Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) also appears in this fantastic episode from 1990.
The Young and the Restless fans can expect Sheila to steal Scott Grainger’s (Peter Barton) attention away from Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman). Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell) pops up in this episode as well, so be prepared for some trouble!
Y&R heads back to 1998 next as Nikki and Victor become unable to deny their attraction to each other. As for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), they’re dealing with a rocky chapter in their marriage.
Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) also on hand to make waves in Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) relationship with Keith Dennison (Granville Van Dusen).
Finally, The Young and the Restless wraps the week up with another trip to the Colonnade Room, where Victor and Nikki are remarried. Ashley also faces an inner battle over a big secret she’s keeping in this 2002 encore episode. It’s definitely a classic show that many viewers will remember.
