It’s easy to predict that Shey may not last because this particular couple hasn’t been together that long. There are fans who like this likable couple. But viewers certainly know that Sharon and Rey’s growing tie could be written away if TPTB feel new directions are needed for each character.

Devoted soap fans recently saw the mid 2000’s scenes following the dramatic car accident Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) caused. The still stunning write-out of that character impacts Y&R to this day. Along with that indelible period in Shick’s relationship is the complex bond that Sharon and Nick share.
Shick’s children aren’t their only connection, as fans have seen in recent months. Nick’s genuine emotion and response, when first learning about Sharon’s cancer diagnosis, affirms that he will always have a significant place for her in his heart.
It’s debatable as to why Shick has never been allowed to remarry, even though Sharon and Nick have made it to the altar on two past occasions. But their comeback potential remains reasonable.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Shadam’s Recent Connection Winks At Revival
Sharon and Adam shared a brief romantic connection while they were both single in the recent past. That reminded and possibly encouraged viewers who have long wanted a Shadam revival.
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is the greatest love of Adam’s life and Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) mother. But Chadam has been at odds, or split multiple times in the past.
When Sharon beats cancer, as she and her supporters on both sides of the screen hope, it’s likely that she will be in a loving relationship. Any of the three men referenced can be the other half of whatever couple she’s part of.
