TLC 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days spoilers tease that Stephanie Matto met her girlfriend Erika Owen’s circle of friends and it wasn’t pretty. But as viewers of Before The 90 Days know, things didn’t go so well. In a new Before The 90 Days preview snippet that recently dropped on YouTube, viewers got a first look at how the friend get-together was going to go.
If you’ve been watching Stephanie and Erika’s story unfold thus far, then you know that Stephanie’s initial meeting with one of Erika’s friends didn’t go so well. It was just plain awkward, and Erika’s friend noticed immediately that something was definitely off between Erika and Stephanie – most notably, that Stephanie seemed distant and cold toward Erika, and that Erika just wasn’t acting like herself.
On the episode of Before The 90 Days on Sunday, April 19th, Stephanie attended a get-together among a pretty big group of Erika’s friends, and as viewers know, this means that Stephanie encountered some of the friends that Erika has been intimate with in the past.
That’s an issue that’s a real point of contention between Stephanie and Erika at this point – Stephanie has a real problem with the fact that Erika parties with sometimes sleeps with some of her friends.
Of course, as viewers also know, Stephanie and Erika haven’t been intimate at all thus far on the show, which is a big deal for Erika. So, what’s going to happen at this party, where Stephanie is faced with some of the friends whom Erika has hooked up with in the past? From the looks of the preview snippet. It appears that things aren’t going to go smoothly.
In the video, Erika and Stephanie arrive at the party, which looks like an outdoor event. Stephanie immediately complains that it’s cold outside, which seems to put off Erika’s friends. “I want to have fun at this party,” Stephanie tells the camera, “but I can’t help but think that she’s hooked up with a lot of these people.”
Specifically. Stephanie meets Adam, which is one of Erika’s best friends…that Erika has made out with in the past. “I am trying my best to keep an open mind,” Stephanie says, “but I feel a little bit out of place. Erika and her friends live a very different lifestyle than me. I mean, this is so not my scene.”
One has to admit that when watching the video, it does seem that Erika and her friends are just partying as usual, rather than trying to make Stephanie feel welcome and/or getting to know her. At one point, Erika chugs beer and belches like it’s a fraternity party, and Stephanie just seems to be standing around not knowing what to do with herself.
Later, Adam seems to be all over Erika, hugging her and telling her he loves her. “Adam is the one who Erika deeply cares about.” Stephanie says. “She’s told me that they’ve hooked up, and sometimes they’ll spend the night together in the same bed. It’s a weird friendship, and seeing him all over her right now, that makes me feel really uncomfortable. And now maybe it’s time to find out what’s really going on between the both of them.”
It looks like there’s a big confrontation coming on Sunday’s new episode of Before The 90 Days between Stephanie and Erika about Erika’s relationship with Adam. One has to admit, it’s pretty bizarre for Erika to have taken Stephanie to a party where she and Adam started cozying up. It looks like Erika’s going to be in for an earful from Stephanie about the whole thing!
