Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) possession could follow Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall), so let’s talk about Johnny DiMera’s (Marci Miller) new leading lady and why she might be vulnerable to mind control.
For starters, Abigail isn’t exactly known for mental stability! She’s had plenty of setbacks in that department, so she could be an easy target once evil comes to Salem.
Days spoilers hint that Johnny may end up shifting gears when it comes to this movie he’s making.
Johnny may run into some roadblocks when it comes to filming the Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) story and opt to take his movie in another direction – namely one that focuses on Marlena’s ‘90s possession.
Regardless, DOOL spoilers say Johnny will beg Abigail to star in his movie and hope he scores a yes.
Abigail will no doubt have some reservations, but Johnny can be awfully persuasive. Before Abigail knows it, she may find herself getting into character.
If Abigail ends up playing Marlena in this film, it’s reasonable to think she may wind up possessed just like Marlena as well.
Days may do a story where fiction blurs into reality a bit and creates some diabolical drama for another cluster of characters.
That’d be a good way to expand this possession reboot storyline, which is obviously a huge deal for the show and has already been heavily promoted.
According to the press release NBC put out, the devil knows no bounds this time around – and that means no one in Salem is safe!
It makes sense that there’ll be other possessed Salemites – starting with Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) since this dementia story likely isn’t what it seems to be.
Once Doug passes the sinister spirit on, Marlena will wreak havoc. From there, it may be Abigail’s turn if she goes from playing possessed to actually being possessed.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will hope to get his marriage back on track this fall, but that’ll get a lot harder if something wicked’s inside his wife!
