Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) may get her revenge on Paulina Price (Jackee Harry). This is Chanel’s opportunity to get back at her mom for derailing her bakery dream and disappointing Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) in the process.
DOOL fans know Chanel was both devastated and livid over Paulina’s betrayal. Although Chanel was angry for herself, she especially couldn’t forgive Paulina for what she did to Allie.
Chanel felt like she got Allie’s hopes up by getting her excited about this project – only to have it ripped away from them.
Of course, Allie offered plenty of reassurance and still intends to help Chanel make Sweet Bits happen. Even so, Chanel will remain upset with mother and could wind up looking for vengeance.
After all, Chanel admitted she’d learned a thing or two about getting back at Paulina!
That suggests Chanel will indeed want to make Paulina pay for what she’s done. How exactly might Chanel go about doing that?
For starters, Chanel could help Abe Carver (James Reynolds) fight Price Town and hopefully make the initiative Paulina pitched a reality.
Maybe there’s still a way to turn the project legitimate if Chanel and Abe put their heads together.
Chanel could also blast Paulina in very public interviews and get people to turn against Price Town before it’s ever built.
The citizens of Salem might band together and vow to never spend a dime there – forcing Paulina to abandon the project.
Naturally, Paulina might come around on her own sooner or later, but Days spoilers say Chanel may still need some path to revenge based on that hint she dropped.
Perhaps there are other projects to sabotage – or there could be a pattern to expose to the media. Paulina has no doubt pulled lots of other shady moves and duped good people before.
Days spoilers say Chanel could try to make Paulina a monster in the eyes of the public. She could vilify her mom despite Paulina’s excuses and hope revenge brings her some sense of satisfaction.
One thing’s for sure: it’ll be quite some time before Chanel and Paulina can even think about getting their mother-daughter bond back on track.
