Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) fortune cookie will bring total recall, so let’s talk about how Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) true love will finally remember at the cabin. DOOL fans know Ben snatched Ciara before she could marry Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), so it won’t be long until they land at Ben’s desired destination.
That cabin served as the origin of Ben and Ciara’s romance, so just being there will make Ciara feel something despite her denials. Ben will also injure his ankle during this last-ditch cabin effort, which will bring another chance for a memory to spark.
As Ciara tends to Ben, he’ll tell her about when he set her broken leg after her crash rescue.
The look on Ciara’s face will tell Ben that something’s happening in that blocked brain of hers. It’s like the memories are struggling to break through, but Ciara can’t quite access them yet.
Fortunately, Ben will order up a Chinese feast as another nod to their history. Ciara and Ben’s first date included Chinese food, but it’s also been a recurring theme throughout their relationship.
A fortune cookie was even included at Ben and Ciara’s wedding, so Ben will hope this part of the plan seals the deal.
When it’s time for dessert, Ciara will indeed crack open her fortune cookie and read the message inside. It seems likely that message will be a familiar one, so that should be why it unleashes the memory floodgates.
“Good things come to those who wait” might fit the bill here since Ben once had that fortune and read it to Ciara on a park bench.
Days will no doubt show some special “Cin” flashbacks so that viewers can go along for the ride.
Ciara will get incredibly emotional as she remembers how much she loves Ben – and she’ll inevitably feel horrible for shutting him out and making him feel unwanted.
However, Ben won’t blame Ciara or care about the time they’ve missed out on.
Ben won’t want to waste another second on sadness or regrets, so he’ll offer plenty of reassurance as they savor this reunion.
Days spoilers say Ciara will still need to break things off with Theo eventually, but Ben is her future and perhaps always will be. This tortured couple is on the verge of a new beginning, so Ben and Ciara fans will want to stay tuned!
