Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, December 3, teases that a mystery hiker will be revealed while Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) falls for Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) trick. Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will also get some shocking news, so there’ll be plenty of Salem drama going down.
At Lani and Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) apartment, they’ll discuss the latest in Lani’s family saga. After a tough phone call with Tamara Price (Marilyn McCoo), Lani will lean on Eli and hope things will feel more normal again in time.
Since Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) recently made a quick getaway, Lani and Eli will also react to the bombshell of her escaping once again. They’ll be taken aback, but they should know by now you can’t keep Kristen behind bars!
At the hospital, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will hope for a moment to talk now that she’s crossed paths with Abe Carver (James Reynolds). Abe may not really be ready for that, but Paulina will push him to hear her out anyway. She’ll remind Abe of her deep love for him and wish she could undo all the pain she’s caused.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing Paulina can say or do now to fix things. What’s done is done, so Abe will need some time to heal before he can move forward. Although Abe will get why Paulina made some of the decisions she made, true forgiveness is going to take time.
Over with Philip, he’ll haul unconscious Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) away from the pub and hide him somewhere. Philip will then pretend everything’s fine with Chloe and may suggest they should go see their tree now.
Of course, Philip destroyed that tree and may hold Brady responsible on Friday’s Days episode. It looks like Philip will plant some evidence at the scene that leads Chloe to believe Brady got jealous and took his anger out on the tree.
While John Black (Drake Hogestyn) is chatting with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) from his hospital bed, Chloe will appear. She may have questions about Brady’s state of mind the last time they saw him and express concern about his sudden rage.
Back with Philip, he’ll prepare to take his plot even further with a murder setup. Philip will settle on some gruesome fake clues and hope Brady looks like a cold-blooded killer within the next few episodes.
Finally, DOOL viewers will see a familiar face – at least if you watched the original possession story back in the ‘90s. “Gabe” aka Gabriel (Mark Colson) is a guardian angel who previously had offered advice and support to John. This time Gabriel will pose as a hiker and show up exactly when he’s needed at the secluded cabin.
Days spoilers say Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will welcome this mysterious stranger, who may offer some vague reason for dropping by. Possessed Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will fume over Gabriel’s surprise visit, so we’ll see how things play out in this battle of good and evil.
