Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that a familiar face will resurface in Salem. DOOL fans know Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) fell into a coma after pushing John Black (Drake Hogestyn) to his breaking point.
Jan derailed Belle Brady’s (Martha Madison) wedding by taking over as the bride and claiming she’d already murdered Belle before the gathering.
Since John’s brain aneurysm brought complications and left his emotions heightened, he flew into a rage and strangled Jan at the townhouse. Jan just barely pulled through, so no one knew for sure how long she might be stuck comatose.
However, it turns out you can’t keep Jan down for long! During the week of March 29-April 2, Jan will wake up and cause drama all over again. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jan will emerge from her coma and be ready for some fierce faceoffs with those she’s wronged.
We should note that some other Days spoilers point to April Fools’ Day fun on April 1, but it looks like Jan’s return and coma awakening will be the real deal.
The April 2 episode will bring Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) concerns about Jan coming back in the picture and how it could affect John.
April 2 will also feature a major DOOL showdown, so let’s talk about that. Jan’s obsession with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) has made her a dangerous, crazy enemy. Since Jan’s so unpredictable and capable of anything, that makes her a fantastic villain who’s always entertaining.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Belle will have a chance to unleash her wrath on Jan. This will be Belle’s opportunity to really let Jan have it for the previous wedding mayhem and the mess it led to for John.
Belle will no doubt warn Jan to back off and leave her family alone – or else Jan will be sorry she woke up!
Shawn will join Belle for this heated confrontation, which probably won faze Jan at all. Even if Jan tries to act like this coma changed her, we all know it didn’t.
Jan always has a few tricks up her sleeve, so don’t miss she’s got in store for Shawn, Belle, John and others connected to this storyline.
