Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will recruit Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) for a prison break. It looks like blackmail will force a surprising getaway team to form, so let’s consider how Kristen will set all this in motion.
Kristen has a knack for breaking out of jail and never manages to sit behind bars for long.
Since Kristen can’t build a life in Salem with Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater), the next best thing is living as a free woman on the run. That’s not the future Kristen wants, but it beats sitting in a Statesville cell.
Now that Kristen is back in police custody, she needs a way to escape. You can bet DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will watch Kristen like a hawk this time around, so some help will be required to pull this off.
Days spoilers for November sweeps point to Kristen calling on two unexpected people for assistance. Kristen will assemble a surprising duo as she carries out her pursuit of freedom.
Since Kristen will reach out to Gwen during the week of November 15-19, it seems she’ll be one of the necessary partners in crime.
Kristen may catch onto the fact that Gwen’s crazy about Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). Of course, Kristen has the power to blow up Gwen and Xander’s romance if she lets Sarah Horton (last played by Linsey Godfrey) off that secluded island.
Perhaps Kristen will suggest Gwen has a choice to make. Gwen can either help break Kristen out and live happily ever after with Xander or do nothing and risk a “Xarah” reunion. Kristen might vow to expose Sarah’s exact location unless Gwen does what she’s told.
Gwen will need a good reason to get roped into more criminal activity, so preserving her relationship with Xander would be an excellent motive.
Days spoilers say Xander will still find out about Sarah’s island problem, but Gwen’s efforts to stop that discovery may come first.
That brings us to escape helper number two, so DOOL spoilers suggest Ava makes the most sense here. Gwen and Ava would definitely be an odd and unexpected pair of allies.
As for why Ava would risk helping Kristen, it’s because she’s done it before and lied to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) in the process.
Ava helped Kristen with her last escape plot and hid her involvement from Rafe, so she’ll be highly motivated to keep quiet.
Ava has already been on thin ice and won’t want Rafe to know she deceived him, so that will seemingly require deceiving him once again.
Blackmail and the desire to keep major secrets could seal the deal on Ava and Gwen helping Kristen get away.
No matter how things play out, it sounds like Gwen and Ava will be in this together!
