Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, March 22, tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will do whatever she can to escape Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) clutches.
Sarah found a loaded syringe that was left behind from when Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was holding Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) captive, so she’s armed and ready to fight.
When Kristen returned to the DiMera basement, Sarah lunged at her – and now they’re locked in a battle to see who comes out on top. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah and Kristen will continue to struggle over the syringe, but Kristen will ultimately wrestle it away.
Whether Kristen jabs Sarah with it to subdue her or just takes the syringe out of there, “Sarah” has some unfinished business. Days spoilers say the real Sarah will apparently stay locked up while Kristen puts the mask back on and exits again.
Meanwhile, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) will join Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) and Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow). Rex just surprised Kate with the news that he’s back together with “Sarah” and leaving town with her.
Once Roman enters, he should get the same updates and be just as shocked as Kate was.
Rex will be on cloud nine as he tells Roman and Kate goodbye, but heartbreak is rapidly approaching. As Rex’s confusing emotional rollercoaster continues, “Sarah” will suddenly dump him.
This won’t make any sense to Rex since they just reunited, but “Sarah” may argue that she just got caught up in the moment and needed comfort.
Perhaps “Sarah” will contend that what she really needs is a fresh start – not Rex, not Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), not any man who’s hurt her in the past. Regardless of exactly how “Sarah” explains it, it looks like she’ll make a big show about leaving Salem alone.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say “Sarah” will ensure that Rex fully understands so he won’t chase after her. Once “Sarah” devastates Rex, he’ll decide this trip has been a bizarre bust and will head home.
Kristen’s plan will pay off, so the real Sarah will presumably be sent to that deserted island Kristen talked about or somewhere else far away from Salem.
DOOL fans can expect Linsey Godfrey to wrap her run on Monday, but she’ll have a brief appearance on March 29 as well. Perhaps Days viewers will see Sarah’s new island digs or wherever else she ends up!
In the meantime, Monday’s episode will bring Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) confession. Sami will come clean to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), so he’ll find out the truth about what happened in Charlie Dale’s (Mike Manning) apartment.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sami will bring Rafe up to speed on shooting Charlie’s dead body – and they’ll undoubtedly discuss the possibility that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) fired the first deadly shot.
Rafe will realize Sami’s been lying to protect her daughter, so Sami’s made a bigger mess at this point.
Over with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), he’ll push Allie to tell him the truth. Lucas will think Allie’s holding back when it comes to what went down that night, so Allie will finally make a confession of her own.
Although Allie got the gun out of Kate’s armoire, there’s obviously more to the story. There’s a good chance Allie got spooked and dropped the gun – leaving it for the real killer to pick up.
