Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) will ask Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) out on a date – and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will have an alarming dream. Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will also doubt Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) hooker story, so let’s discuss all the action.
During the week of September 20-24, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will have an important question to ask Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers).
Paulina will be nervous as she seeks permission to marry Abe Carver (James Reynolds) if that opportunity comes along, but Lani’s fine with their relationship.
In fact, Lani may admit Abe already sought her blessing.
That could leave Paulina hopeful that Abe’s going to pop the question soon, so what started out as a grandma blunder cover-up has turned into something wonderful.
Of course, Paulina will continue to wrestle with the secret she’s keeping, but she’ll tell herself she can keep the truth about Lani’s bio parents under wraps forever.
Days viewers know that’s wishful thinking, but Paulina will indeed hope everything works out.
Meanwhile, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will get flirty as they focus on their romance again.
Johnny will play a song on his guitar for Chanel eventually, so he’ll score some points for that.
However, Johnny’s movie will bring some issues to Salem due to the possession portion of it.
Once Allie realizes it was something Marlena actually endured, she’ll worry about putting it up on the big screen and stirring up evil spirits.
John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will want to shut this film down, but it seems Johnny will move-full speed ahead anyway.
As for the new possession happening in Salem, Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) will run amok with the devil inside him – and he’ll be eager to pull Marlena back into sinister territory, too.
As for Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson), he’ll leave Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) swooning with his grand gesture.
Between the picnic Philip packs and the sapling he pulls out to plant, Chloe will see flashes of the old romantic Philip she used to know.
Chloe will enjoy not having to play referee between Philip and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for a while, but the peace won’t last.
It turns out Brady will tell Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) that Philip’s jealousy is affecting his performance as Titan CEO.
It seems Victor will be tempted to put Brady on the throne instead, which will infuriate Philip as well as Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus).
Gabi will also get into a fierce fight with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), who’ll eavesdrop and take great pleasure in blabbing to Philip about the scheme against him.
As for Chloe, she’ll hurl accusations at Brady that involve targeting Philip. Chloe won’t know who or what to believe any more, but everyone will definitely be playing the blame game.
During the week of September 24-27, EJ will ask Nicole out on a date. Nicole will find it hard to believe, but EJ won’t see why they shouldn’t have some fun.
EJ is Nicole’s former flame and won’t mind rekindling things as a distraction.
EJ will be more than willing to make Nicole forget all about Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), but that’ll be easier said than done!
Nicole may end up fantasizing about Rafe and could potentially sleep with him for real if their desires keep growing.
When Brady hears EJ pushed to have dinner with Nicole, he won’t like it one bit. Brady will warn Nicole not to go down this road again, but Nicole will be intrigued by the attention.
EJ has always been rather charming and hard to resist, so Nicole may not fight him too hard.
As for Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), he’ll push EJ’s buttons and nearly get into a major brawl with him.
Meanwhile, Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will try to quiet Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) concerns about her desire to get pregnant.
Ben will fret over passing on dangerous DNA due to his serial killer history, but Ciara will reassure him and open up to Allie later.
As a young mom, Allie can offer some advice about the realities of parenthood.
Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will also serve as a sounding board for Ben, who’ll let go of his worries sooner or later.
Back with Johnny, he’ll pitch the idea of Abigail starring in his movie – and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will be taken aback when Abigail actually gives it some thought.
On another note, Abigail will find herself seriously doubting the hooker story Gwen’s been trying to sell.
Abigail won’t think it makes sense and may point out her reasons why to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford).
Other Days spoilers say Marlena will have an alarming dream that no doubt ties in with the possession plot.
John will even get a disturbing message that warns of trouble, so “MarDevil” should be out in full force soon.
DOOL’s fall preview features Marlena levitating – just like she did in the original mid-90s storyline.
That jaw-dropping scene is coming up at some point this autumn, so Days fans won’t want to miss it. We’ll provide updates as other news rolls in.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Marlena and her loved ones will deal with some unsettling twists along the way, so stay tuned!
