Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) may fall in Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) murder trap, so he could become a captive boyfriend whose life is in jeopardy. Ava knows Rafe isn’t being honest about his feelings for Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) since she caught them kissing in the town square.
Things are only going to get worse after Ava realizes the depth of Rafe and Nicole’s betrayal. She initially fell for Rafe as someone she could trust – someone who was able to look beyond her past and help her find a healthier path to love.
Ava was previously obsessed with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), but she thought this relationship with Rafe was different and would help her move on. However, Ava’s obsessed personality will come out to play after she realizes Rafe hooked up with Nicole on Halloween.
The fact that Ava’s good friend is involved in all this will really leave her fuming! Nicole will face Ava’s vengeful tactics as well, but it’s Rafe who may get the worst of this push for vengeance.
Days spoilers say Rafe will pick up on some clues that Ava’s becoming unhinged, but he’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. Rafe will try to make things work with Ava, but he’ll eventually realize she knows about the betrayal and has been plotting against him.
DOOL fans can expect Rafe to solve that mystery too late, so what does that mean exactly? There’ll definitely be some danger involved as well build to the climax of this Days storyline, so it’s easy to imagine Ava holding Rafe captive for a bit.
Ava may vow to kill Rafe since she’s capable of that sort of thing. Bottom line, Rafe will catch on awfully late in the game and will land in serious trouble as a result.
That certainly makes it seem like Ava will be out for blood and could plan to murder Rafe before this is all over. Ava obviously won’t succeed, but that won’t stop her from trying!
