Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, February 2, tease that Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will get a step closer to finding their twins.
After cornering Dr. Amanda Raynor (Victoria Platt) in a sneaky trap, Lani and Eli will push for answers. They’ll want to know who Dr. Raynor’s working for and why, so she’ll finally spill everything she knows.
Dr. Raynor will admit she was blackmailed by a man who had another boss, so Lani and Eli will hope to learn more. After Dr. Raynor describes the blackmailer, she’ll offer a huge clue about his identity.
Once Eli and Lani find out that the man was calling someone “Madame” on the phone, they’ll realize Ivan Marais (Ivan G’Vera) must’ve had the twins stolen for Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano).
Of course, this will come as a shock in some ways since Lani and Eli believe Vivian is dead. On the other hand, they won’t really be all that surprised once they think about it. Vivian has cheated death before – and this is Salem, where people never seem to die for good!
After Eli and Lani have this “Madame” hint, they’ll know it’s Ivan and Vivian they need to be looking for. Meanwhile, Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer) will continue her confession at the Horton house.
Days viewers know Laura just admitted to being the one who paid off Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) mom, Tiffany Rizczech. Laura pretended to take on this secretary role and wrote the checks to take care of Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) problem.
It was Laura’s way of protecting Jack and Jennifer Deveraux’s (Cady McClain) relationship, but she obviously robbed Jack of the chance to get to know his daughter and robbed Gwen of a father, too.
DOOL will reveal more through some newly created flashbacks, which will feature Emily O’Brien as Tiffany and Cady McClain as a young Laura. It looks like Marci Miller will take on the role of young Jennifer, so it’ll be fun to see this fake blast from the past!
Nevertheless, Laura took matters into her own hands, so she’ll face backlash from Jack once he’s brought in the loop later this week. In the meantime, it’ll be Gwen who delivers the backlash.
Now that the DNA results have proven Gwen is Jack’s flesh and blood, he’ll accept that at least part of Gwen’s story was true.
However, Jack will stand by his claims that he never knew about Gwen or even knew her mother’s name. As Gwen and Jack’s confrontation escalates, Jack will decide he’s had enough.
He’ll offer Gwen plenty of money to leave town, but that’ll really set Gwen off. Gwen will feel like this Jack’s using the same old solution – to just get out his checkbook and get rid of his daughter.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gwen will slap Jack across the face and make it clear that she’s not going anywhere. At this point, Gwen wants revenge more than money. She’ll finish exploding at Jack before storming off in Tuesday’s DOOL episode.
That’ll leave Jack to head back to the Horton house and deal with Laura’s latest bombshell.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will do his best to console Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker). Nicole just found out that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) extended his mission in the Congo by three months, so she’s feeling angry and heartbroken.
Eric was hoping Nicole could understand, but she clearly doesn’t understand at all!
Rafe will get updates on the whole story and comfort Nicole over Eric’s arguably selfish decision. Nicole gets that Eric wants to help the villagers, but why can’t someone else help now?
Eric and Nicole never got to enjoy their happy honeymoon period, so it’ll be frustrating since Eric’s still staying away by choice.
Eric and Nicole’s marriage is already starting to crumble, so it’s dangerous for Nicole and Eric to be getting too close for comfort. Will some cheating happen down the road? As other Days news comes in, we’ll keep you posted.
