Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, February 16, teases that Ivan Marais (Ivan G’Vera) will share an emotional goodbye with his beloved “Madame.” In the interrogation room, Ivan and Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) will both be handcuffed as they discuss their latest legal drama.
Ivan may apologize since Vivian was doing just fine in hiding before he made a mess with all the kidnapping chaos.
After Ivan takes Vivian’s hands in his own, he may promise that they’ll be reunited eventually. Ivan might vow to figure out some new path to freedom, but the two of them will be locked up for now.
Vivian obviously hasn’t had time to go through a trial, so it seems she’ll either plead guilty or perhaps be sent to Statesville until that trial can happen. It wouldn’t be the first time a soap character was sent ahead to the slammer before the actual sentencing.
Regardless, Vivian will land at Statesville with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), so they’ll do some commiserating on Tuesday. Kristen and Vivian presumably got to know each other pretty well back in their days at the Nashville warehouse, where Vivian recovered following her gunshot wound.
Of course, Kristen may not be too happy with Vivian for stealing her bestie’s twins! Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) went through a terrible ordeal thanks to those missing babies, so Kristen may have some harsh words for Vivian at first.
However, Vivian may argue that she didn’t know what Ivan was going to do before he did it – which is true for the record. Vivian might smooth things over and act like her involvement was all a misunderstanding.
Although Vivian later latched onto the idea of being an adoptive mom to these babies, she may pin everything on Ivan for the most part.
As for Kristen, she may fill Vivian in on her recent prison escape and discuss how she threatened Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) at gunpoint. Vivian surely won’t blame Kristen for protecting what was hers – meaning Kristen’s man, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf)!
Kristen might even allude to another plot she’s hoping will pan out. She may suggest that if everything goes according to plan, she’ll be able to spy on Brady and Chloe on the outside.
Days spoilers say Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) will continue to ponder Kristen’s pitch on Tuesday. Kristen’s hoping Susan will switch places for a while, but Susan will remain unsure initially.
As for Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), they’ll show up at the townhouse on a mission for answers. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Susan will really be put on the spot.
Ben will shout about Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) getting in touch over the phone and will plead with Susan to have a vision that could help him.
Sadly, it doesn’t look like Susan will summon any mental image of Ciara or hints about where she might be. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will eventually push Ben to back off and let Susan rest. It’ll be obvious that this isn’t going to work this time around.
From there, Ben will have to rely on Plan B: going to see Vincent Belman (Michael Teh) to pump him for more information. Unfortunately, Vincent won’t be available for questioning since he’s dead in an apparent suicide!
We should note that things aren’t always as they seem on DOOL, so Orpheus (George DelHoyo) might’ve ordered a hit on Vincent. It’s even possible Orpheus did the deed himself.
Regardless, Orpheus was the one waiting for Rhodes (Jason Downs) when he showed up. Now that Vincent is no longer in the picture, Orpheus may insist he’s running the show. Rhodes might be wary of listening to a new boss, but Orpheus isn’t exactly a man you can say no to!
Days spoilers say Orpheus will dupe Rhodes, so he’ll fill Ciara in on some changes to her captivity situation later this week. Until then, Ben will be summoned to Statesville by Clyde Weston (James Read).
Look for Clyde to pop up again in the coming episodes and offer some new leads to Ben in the Ciara case.
At the hospital, Brady will get a special Valentine’s Day card from Chloe – at least he’ll think it’s from Chloe when she delivers it to him. Instead, it might be a card that Chloe’s passing along from Rachel Black (Josephine and Rosalind May). Whatever the case, it’ll bring some scenes where Chloe deepens her connection with Brady.
Susan will witness some of Brady and Chloe’s flirtations back at the townhouse later. Once Brady is released and getting help with his recovery there, Chloe will feel even more drawn to him. She’ll take care of Brady as promised and will even wipe Brady’s mouth once some food dribbles.
Susan won’t think it’s right for Chloe to be playing nurse to Kristen’s true love like this! She’ll think Kristen was right to view Chloe as a threat, so Susan will make a difficult choice. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Susan will put her prison fears aside and determine that she has to go through with the swap.
